I feel we’ve been totally misled from the start and all this company wants to do is take six grand off you they don’t update you. They don’t ring you when you have a booking for months long winded zoom calls at the beginning told of an updat inNovember. Now December still nothings happened really unhappy with this company save yourself the time when I grow and do not use them.

After years of trying to cancel our timeshare ownership ECC contacted us offering to help us. after a year of involvement the timeshare ownership was cancelled. Dont know what they did or how they did it but our nightmare was over.
Wendy Foley in relinquishments was our direct contact and she was very good, kept in touch and allayed our fears (having been scammed before )

I have been dealing with ECC for a couple of months now and they have kept me informed every step of the way.
My most recent interaction with them was yesterday and I have to say Steven and Wendy were excellent in what they did for my wife and myself.
I just hope that further along the line, ECC can bring me even more good news.

ECC have been instrumental in confirming that we are no longer an owner of a timeshare in England and are at present working on confirming the same for a Spanish timeshare.
Wendy in particular along other staff members have been extremely helpful and communicate frequently to keep us up to date with progress.
We are hoping that in time we will receive reimbursement.

I contacted ECC a few weeks ago, to try and sort out a timeshare issue, I have the pleasure of dealing with various staff members. Including Wendy Foley and others, they have been courteous throughout and have explained everything to me. I have been told today that my issue has been addressed and terminated.
I would recommend ECC to anyone who has a timeshare issue.

From start to finish ECC as a company has been nothing but supportive and informative. They understood our concerns regarding anything to do with obtaining the honest and legal release from our timeshare in Cyprus that we regretfully saddled ourselves with about fifteen years ago.
Odi and Stephen thank you for your help but Wendy (Foley) we couldn’t have gone through this without your help and very swift support at every stage of the relinquishment process.
Everything was completed well within the proposed time frame. Thank you ECC

While having privately sold my timeshare holdings in MVCI several years ago I was continually being plagued by cold callers trying to recover monies from Marriott on my behalf. I always ignored such calls until a couple of weeks ago when I was approached by an extremely plausible gentleman who assured me that I had a genuine claim for illegal mis-selling and that the earlier disposal of my holdings was absolutely no bar to such a claim.
Although I was pretty certain of the advisor’s bona fides I nevertheless had nagging doubts and sought a second opinion from TCA last week. Jeff Macklin of TCA called me very speedily and, following an extremely knowledgeable and detailed discussion, organised a Zoom meeting with an ECC senior advisor, based at their Malaga office, who specialised in Marriott timeshares. When the meeting took place yesterday the advisor had already consulted a member of M1 Legal, who handle all legal work for EEC in Spain, and confirmed my suspicions that the Spanish Courts wouldn’t entertain any claim from me as my name no longer appeared on the relevant deeds.
I am extremely grateful to Jeff and TCA, as well as ECC, who were all exceptionally helpful thus preventing me from pursuing an invalid claim saving me both time as well as the upfront costs requested.

A very big ThankYou to Steven & Wendy for all their help getting us out of the time share that my mum & dad bought back in the day. We've had so much bad luck getting conned out of money trying to get out of it but ECC have been there & finally no more problems. It takes a while, it's not an over night fix but they did it. I was introduced to ECC via the Timeshare Consumers Association who recommended several alternative companies to assist me to exit from my Timeshare in Tenerife. I had previously been defrauded by the well known company which has subsequently been investigated and have received numerous calls from firms of lawyers claiming to be able to help me regain some compensation, for a fee!
My association with ECC started with a zoom video conference on 18th July with Liam O’Reilly and Richard Pita who were my contacts at ECC, they both helped me through the process and I had confidence enough to pay £5,250 for the contract with them, this was to cover the legal fees for their time and to cover the maintenance arrears which were calculated that I might owe, but ECC were prepared to indemnify me against any further claims for this fee. Initially I was able to keep a track of the progress of my case via the Client Area on the website.
Unfortunately I was unable to log into this area later when I had expected a lawyers’ letter to have been sent to me from Steven John in the Contract Relinquishment Department, informing me of my exit from the Timeshare.
I waited patiently but had no email with the letter, it may possibly have gone to my spam box in email but should probably have been visible in the Client Area for my reassurance but I was suddenly unable to log in there, and it caused me a degree of anxiety and suspicion.
I therefore contacted Liam again and I received my letter confirming my Timeshare exit .
In conclusion I can say I had a completely satisfactory outcome and I am grateful for the assistance of ECC. They were always contactable and helpful. I confidently recommend their service to anyone who wishes to exit a Timeshare

I would stay well clear of ECC.
Paid £5495 back March 25.
No updates when you phone as they never phone you. They can't tell you how things are progressing. If you are thinking of using this company. Stay well clear. I feel I have been well and truly scammed.

Can only praise this Company, helpful, courteous and friendly. Both Steven and Wendy have guided us through various processes, not being particularly technically minded. Highly recommend and always kept in the loop

My wife and I had been trying for years to get rid of a timeshare, when we decided to use ECC. The company is not cheap but is very effective at what it does. Steven John looked after us throughout and gave us a form of words to use each time the timeshare people came back to us. We owed arrears of maintenance and ECC managed to save us around 5000 euros with these. We are now timeshare and debt free. We would thoroughly recommend using ECC who guarantee to get you out of the timeshare contract.

At the time I was looking there seemed to be a lot of companies around promising to help but most had terrible reviews. I then found ECC. and decided to give them ago and glad I did.They did tell me that it could take a while but always kept me informed in what was happening .I would like to thank Wendy ,Steven and John especially who have been very helpful to me to finally get rid of my timeshare Thanks again Pete
