I recently got a updated engagement ring from Steve at EcoLab. I was very skeptical at first and as it was a large payment, I was chasing Steve almost every second day. I received my ring in 3.5 weeks from the purchase date and it was amazing! I am totally in love. I took it to my local jeweler who checked the diamond numbers (on the diamond) to the ones on the certificate to confirm it was a lab grown diamond and not fake. I contacted Steve to thank him and apologise for being on his back so much, to which he replied to me that he upgraded my ring from 9ct to 18ct gold as a surprise gift to me. I will 100% be buying my wedding band to match from Steve and his team. I could not recommend any more!

To be honest, my hubby and I were a bit nervous initially about placing our diamond order sight-unseen from an online store. The team at EcoLab Diamonds were fantastic. Really responsive and helpful. I ordered a pair of earrings (1.5ct each) and a tear-drop pendant (2.0 ct) which was not one of their stock items, for my upcoming 60th birthday. They fulfilled our order without any issues at all and delivered all our items to us quicker than we expected. Not to mention the price was unbelievable! I can't wait to wear them. Excellent service. Fabulous product. Found just what I was after. I wanted a lower colour diamond with a higher clarity and ideal cut. The bricks and mortar stores had the lower colour stones but very low clarity and at about double the price!!
