All I can say is WOW!!! I can’t fault Ecolab one bit. Steve was amazing from day 1 even when I hadn’t bought anything. I had a million questions throughout and Steve was so patient in answering all of it no matter what time of day. The service, quality, craftsmanship and OMG the price, is truly unmatched!

Steve was even kind enough to let us meet the jeweller who would be crafting the ring by hand which is such a special experience that I’ll cherish forever. You won’t ever get that with the big chain stores. We got to collaborate with the jeweller, also named Steve, face to face and he gave us advice on design choices I wanted but how they were a bit impractical. I’m so happy I listened to him as I want my forever piece to be durable and it came out even better than I originally wanted!!

Do not hesitate and get your jewellery made by Ecolab! I’ve done a lot of research and for the price you really can’t find anything that compares in Australia with the quality you’ll get. It’s not too good to be true! You will get your dream ring without having to compromise with Ecolab. I can’t recommend them enough!! My jaw was on the floor when I saw the ring, I feel so lucky to have found them! I’m sure people won’t believe their eyes when they see my ring as it’s just THAT stunning.

The diamond ring itself is beautiful and well crafted. The customer service could use some work. No updates on your orders and it took longer than the stated time on the website. When contacted about the ring I received two different excuses as to why it was delayed and I had to contact the company for updates myself

I was initially skeptical about the comparatively lower cost. Regardless, I risked it. I purchased a simple, elegant, 3.3 Carat, emerald cut, engagement ring. The estimated creation/delivery was 3-4 weeks and it came right on 4 weeks. Apart from the initial purchase receipt there was no further communication or updates during the waiting period which was quite nerve racking. An update when they begin making the ring would have been nice. I highly recommend going through Eco Lab Diamonds.

and when my diamond arrived to his office and wasn’t what I was looking for, he was quick to let me know and find a suitable replacement.
