10/10 experience! I loved the interactive online design and selection process, then when I had chosen my design I had questions that were answered quickly and in detail! When my ring came it was beautiful and perfect the diamond is exactly what I chose and indistinguishable as lab grown to my friend that works jewellery store! I’ll never buy anything else, these rings are absolutely perfect! I wish they did more jewellery! Thanks eco lab!

Now let’s get this straight…. I’m no bridezilla but when I was proposed to my partner didn’t even get the right colour of gold let alone the diamond.
I called Steve at Eco Lab Diamonds and gave him the whole spiel and and explained exactly how I wanted my new ring made.

I contacted Steve from Eco Lab Diamonds as I wished to buy an engagement ring for my partner. I hadn’t selected a company to go with and have little to no experience with diamonds or jewellery in general. Steve walked me through everything and explained the different cuts and how the diamonds are graded. He was very professional and paid attention to what I wanted. I gave him a budget and he was able to meet it, spot on. The ring was manufactured within the time frame given and arrived promptly and safely to my door. Rapt!

Fantastic customer service. I wasn't 100% certain what I wanted to get my fiancé, turns out I don't really know a lot about what makes a good diamond. Steve helped fill me in and helped me to choose the best diamond. We went through the pros and cons of mined diamonds and lab diamonds and I was 100% convinced a lab diamond was the way to go. I was able to get a much better and bigger diamond that was ethically sourced (really pleased my finance when she found out her ring is environmentally friendly).
