I want everybody to know what happened when I travelled from Vilnius to Lviv( Ukraine) ; no complaint regarding ecolines itself; but when I bought ticket Vilnius-Lviv, #27647663,Line 8241, due to depart from Vilnius 22.04.2025 it turned out that not Ecolines was due to operate but his partner in Ukraine Autolux trading; on the board there were no information about the route,nor was any on the WEB when I have been buying the ticket. In fact my destination was Khmelnitsky in Ukraine. On the WEB was only information that there was a line from Lviv to Khmelnitsky at 06.00 in the morning the next day. When I asked the driver in Iviv is it the right bus he replyed yes. When I checked the WEB once more it turned out the there were two busses starting at the same time at 06.00: one was direct to Khmelnitsky with duration 4 hours and another bus going long way through Ivanofrankivsk with duration 6h 30. I was happily sleeping when awoked in another city. Two years earlier was the same situation and drivers then told passengers if needed to take their suitcases and change busses, there is such practice in Ukraine when two busses start and travellers may need to change carriers and continue.Nothing happened this time, the driver must have warned me to change the buss but he only was happy to grab 500 hrivnas from me as additional price for driving me to Khmelnitsky from Lviv.
I tried to refuse but he told me that he will not give me my suitcase .When I tried to explain that it not appropriate to treat passengers that way and that he should warn In Lviv to change bus. Instead he insolently replied that I should have switched the "smart device" ( meaning your head and brains). I replied that I have been asking in Lviv about the rout; he turned his back.
Now when a war ongoing in Ukraine and president running around for help it is very strange how ukrainians treat europeans. I myself never advise to take them to EU. And Ecolines must revise their commitment with any bus carrier and inform passengers beforehand about the rout and who performs.
The bus got broken
I strongly do not recommend using the services of this company. We have gone through a huge stress after this trip.
The date of our travel was on 09 June 2025. We went from Krakow to Rivne (the bus route was Prague-Kiev though). When the bus moved from the auto station, it got broken. The driver instead of solving the emergency situation and calming down the passengers - just informed that the people going from Prague will be moved to the next ecolines bus (in several hours), and they will move forward. The people who sat in Krakow were offered to eaither remain in the bus (for several days or longed depanding on the repair of this bus) or stay somewhere in Krakow. Nobody even offered to help getting back to the station. Therefore, we had to call taxi to get back to the station and find another but to return home. Still, the money return was not done (the money are being on the pending balance and will get on the active balane within 15 days only). No compensation was also offered or any help with anything. The company took none responsibility of this situation and did not bother themselves with the fortune of their passengers. Please note also that we were going with 2 kids - 1 teen and one 9-year-old one. The driver was very rude as well and even told one of the passengers to shut their mouth and go our of the bus. That was totally unacceptable.

Complaint regarding Bus Trip 8474 (Stuttgart–Riga) on April 26, 2025 Complaint regarding my experience on your bus trip 8474 (license plate: WI-394-LF) from Stuttgart to Riga on April 26, 2025. The following issues occurred: - The scheduled departure time was 08:00, but the bus actually departed after 9:00. - At the Stuttgart bus station, the platform number was not provided, which caused significant confusion and additional stress while searching for the bus. - The phone number provided in the booking confirmation for inquiries was not reachable, and I did not receive any response. - Despite booking the "Senior 60+ add. Seat" fare (ticket number: 27496305), I was not offered an additional seat. - The stewardess explicitly and unfriendly informed me that I was not entitled to an additional seat. - The bus drivers were disrespectful during the baggage handling process.
These people have terrible control and…
These people have terrible control and administration. I booked my trip end of April 2025 from Warsaw to Minsk well in advance. On the day of the journey there was a scribbled note in polish on the window of the bus station information, your journey is delayed by 3 hours and they they delayed it by another 3 hours. I then payed for another bus. There was no emails to explain the situation neither an apology or a refund. I advise people to give these people a miss

Miserable, resentful and rude drivers
A highly unpleasant experience with this company. One of the drivers (I won’t specify his nationality) clearly has personal issues and decided to take it out on my elderly grandmother. The bus was half-empty, and even by the end of the trip, there were plenty of free seats. However, this "professional" aggressively and loudly declared that my grandmother would not be allowed to travel because her wheeled bag supposedly did not meet the size requirements.
Let me remind you: the bus has two luggage compartments, and in the worst case, she could have simply taken the bag with her and placed it in front of her seat. But the driver seemed determined to abuse his authority and humiliate a defenseless elderly woman. Extremely rude behavior, complete disregard for my grandmother’s condition, and outright disrespect toward passengers.
I sincerely hope that the company takes action against this employee. Or at the very least, life teaches him some empathy when his own elderly mother is thrown out of a bus or forced to carry a heavy bag on her back.

Ecolines ist wirklich eine…
Ecolines ist wirklich eine ungewöhnliche Firma ich habe eine Beschwerde geschrieben aber von denen kommt ja gar nichts zurück die ignorieren alles. Dann muss man das wahrscheinlich auch weitergeben an die Inspektion ich würde nie wieder diese Linie fahren die Antworten nicht und ignorieren die Leute!
Lovely service and staff
After a FlixBus disaster, I would like to say the biggest thanks to the lovely bus drivers from Berlin to Riga. Friendly, helping passengers with questions about transfer in Warsaw and in advance having a walk around informing passengers where someone will be joining at next stops so they can prepare and remove their belongings in advance. After several horrible FlixBus experiences, I will never book with them again. Ecolines takes a few hours longer, but it’s so worth it. Also love the free coffee and tea in the bus!

The behavior of the bus driver on October 23, 2024 on the route Minsk-Vilnus Airport, departing from Minsk at 13:50 was nothing short of criminal and will be reported as such to the appropriate entities. He was bullying, threatening and harassing one female passenger through the entire trip, all because that person had something to declare at the borders. This bus-driver and his totally innapropriate and aggressive behavior toward that female passenger made everyone in that bus extremely uncomfortable, concerned and uneasy. He must be removed from his position.

в октябре пришлось ехать данной компанией 2 раза, из Варшавы в Берлин и из Берлина через Варшаву в Минск
Автобус Варшава-Берлин прибыл в Варшаву с опозданием на 2 часа из-за поломки
Автобус Берлин-Варшава тоже сломался, уже на подъезде к Варшаве, лопнула шина по пути и хорошо, что не вылетели в кювет. Нам сообщили по громкоговорителю, что это небольшая заминка. Людей не выпускали из автобуса, свет не включали, потому что "если свет включим, потом автобус не заведется". Однако позже включили свет на втором этаже, а потом и на первом. Общение водителей с людьми грубое, кроме криков и возмущений от них ничего не было услышано. По громкоговорителю не объявили, сколько придется ждать, люди сами по одиночке подходили узнавать. 2-3 часа ждать тех.помощь. У многих людей была пересадка в Варшаве, и я была свидетельницей того, как один из водителей рявкнул пассажиру, что это не их проблемы, что там будет с пересадкой, их дело просто довезти до Варшавы
В ожидании водители решили поднять автобус на домкрат с кучей людей внутри. И когда автобус слетел с него с шумом-треском и напугав людей, т.к. автобус накренился вправо, они заявили, что это отдельные личности сами ходят по автобусу и нагоняют панику.
После полиции и тех.помощи через 2 часа мы поехали в Варшаву, при этом тем, у кого пересадка на Минск, было предложено только одно - доехать до Мариамполя в Литве и оттуда их "заберут". Больше деталей про пересадку людям не дали, хотя у многих не было интернета и например загуглить, что там за автобус и в какое время он их заберет, возможности не было. Интернет в автобусе конечно же не работал.
В итоге люди с крюком через Литву потратили на дорогу +7 часов без предложенного ничего (ни компенсации, ни теплого чая с перекусом, и т.д.)
На жалобу эколайнс не отвечает. По разговорам с другими пассажирами, у кого-то были проблемы с ними в 3х рейсах подряд, кому-то в прошлую поездку с сильным опозданием по вине перевозчика ничего не предложили, сказали за свой счет покупать новый билет, а за старый так и быть вернем.
2 поездки и 2 поломки, отвратительное отношение к пассажирам - и это все за мои же деньги. Больше никогда не буду пользоваться данной конторой и вам не рекомендую

Ехал 10.09.2023.в 11:30 с Калининграда в Мюнхен через Варшаву.Персонал,водители, хамло! Ни какого уважения к пассажирам!!! Ни разу больше с этой компанией!!! И не кому не посоветую.А само транспортное средство в порядке!!!

Traveled 2 times with them, no problems
Traveled 2 times with them in Lithuania and Poland, I got no troubles. The good point is that there was a coffee machine in the bus, tiolet was open. Some conditioning was also there and that was just enough. Nothing great, nothing special, just everhything was as expected - fine.
From Moscow to Latvia vice versa with Ecolines: don't do it!
From Moscow to Latvia: Ecolines warns in advance about delays at the Russian-Latvian border. What Ecolines doesn't tell you is this: if the delay exceeds ten hours or more, the trip may be rescheduled and part of the fare may simply be canceled. That's what happened to us—they just cut out the fare from Berlin to the Netherlands and told us to book with another carrier. "You can ask for a refund," they added. But we don't want a refund; we want compensation. If possible, I'll update this later with what compensation Ecolines offers.
The delay on the way to Moscow lasted at least 16 hours. On the return trip, in Latvia, the journey was interrupted overnight, and the passengers were offered a hotel stay. Delay: a full day. And then came the above-mentioned cancellation of part of the route by Ecolines. As a result, one of the passengers missed her flight.
Einfach unverschämt und unmenschlich
Ich habe noch nie so ein so unverschämtes Busunternehmen erlebt.
Für zwei kleine extra Taschen, die jeweils 3kg wiegen, mussten wir 60€ zahlen. Das stand nirgends. Sondern man darf laut Ticket 2 Koffer mit je 30kg pro Person mitnehmen. Unsere anderen Koffer (1 pro Person) wogen unter 30kg.
Des weiter ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Meine Mutter musste sogar weinen. So etwas unverschämtes.
So alt und verostet der Bus ist, wundere ich mich, wie man darauf TÜV bekommen hat. Ich habe persönlich Angst und fühle mich nicht sicher in diesem Bus.
ICH BITTE STARK DARUM, WENN IHR EINE SCHÖNE REISE WOLLT: sucht euch ein anderes Unternehmen.
Ich möchte niemanden persönlich angereifen, aber das ist wirklich unmenschlich … man kann es nicht in Worte fassen.
Absolut unterirdisch
Absolut unterirdisch. Fahrende Kloake (alle Klamotten haben so nach fäkalien gestunken so schlimm was der Geruch in diesem Bus ein bahnhofsklo ist gar nichts dagegen. Traumatisierender Geruch) plus unsere Plätze waren nicht die reservierten. Meine Nichte (minderjährig) wurde aus unerklärlichen Gründen in einen anderen Bus gesetzt.
Toilette ist kaputt
Toilette ist kaputt, 5 Stunden bis zu nächsten Fahrt. Steckdosen teilweise auch. Der Fahrer voll unfreundlich
