Ramzi and collegue did a very good job, and I am very pleased with the new boiler. He has explained how my new system works with the wireless thermostat. I will get my radiators fixed using a power flush later this year.

The loft and ventilation team were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help with clearing the loft and helping me put things back etc. The heating engineer was also good and worked until late into the night to finish the job.

The only small issues were around the organisation and management of the process. It didn’t seem like everyone was always fully informed, which initially caused some slight delays and was a bit stressful. However, everything was rectified quickly and the work was completed in the expected time. So, overall it was a positive experience. I would recommend.

The lads that done my radiators & piping where great, Jamie & jack, really friendly, made you feel at ease, jobs done quickly & efficiently, explained what they were doing, 2 great geordie lads!!
The 3 Indian lads that came to do my loft insulation, & extractor fans, the 1 that done the loft was that quick I didn't even realise he had done it. They did speak in there own language & made phone calls & spoke in there own language, that did make me feel a little uncomfortable, they put the wrong extractor fan in my kitchen, which will be replaced & they left a bit of mess.... but who complaining!! NOT ME 10/10
