No order received, can't get hold on anyone at this company. Reported and now going via bank for my money back.

I ordered a 10ft pool for my children and grandchildren never recieved it apparantly the detailes they have for fed ex do not mach my delivery detailes or address even though i sent proof of delivery notice and item details my item was signed for by an A TURNER and left at a front desk/ reception and found out its in switzaland im uk now ive been told ill get my money back in a few days but do not hold out much hope
Complete scammers and thieves fed ex are also completely usless do not want to help at all

Wouldn't bother ordering from these people they don't send anything out for delivery I waited 2 weeks and never got an update on my order, every Time I emailed I would get same reply ,so I asked for refund and got one .I missed out on there pool sale for my 12 year old so she could have a pool on the hottest days for a long time but my child had to stay in doors waiting 2 weeks and never get one delivered. I will have to shop some where else now for pool wished I didn't bother ordering as this company is fraud

I have reported this company, please do so as well if you were scammed by them! Fortunately I got my money back because I used a payment service which refunded me.

The worst company ever, the are scammers, people don't buy anything from them, they will corresponding with you ,they even give you tracking number( after few days for ask them of it ) and say yours parcel was delivered and sight by yours neighbours .

In this instance ecomeliv ecomliv appear to work through a hacked company for a Fedex account and payment collection account labelled Celurvei Store/Massy/France. Unrelated Celurvei don't have stores.
Realistic item dimensions and weight went China to France to Scotland, signed for by a D Rose. Fedex can't divulge any account holder details. New Fedex Tel 03456 07 08 09 is the only contact route accessible.

This website is a scam and the products the advertise are fake

They give out fake tracking numbers making customer believe there products will arrive when nothing never turns up

Absolute scammers. I bought something bwas told to wait 5 days. After 6 I tracked it and it still hadn't been sent. I waited a while and went back on their site and filled in no details and asked. They said it's a system error
I said cancel it and refund me they asked why. It's over the time you promised and you've just made up an excuse without knowing who I am . They blocked me from the chat
I went in on a pals phone and asked why they'd ran away
They said tech error. But the refund would be with me in 2-3 days. I said "who am I? " They seriously said "send us your details and we'll look into your refund" I said" but, you just promised me it. Surely you didn't promise a stranger money, did you?" They had another tech error. Absolute scammers and have been reported

I ordered an item on the 21st of June, delivery was quoted as being 5-8 days. At day 10, no Comms no order update and no items delivered.
I emailed to ask for delivery update, no reply. I messaged through their chat facility and no reply.
I've come to the conclusion that this item will not be arriving and intend to recoup my money through transaction protection
Please avoid this company at all costs, it is a scam and you are unlikely to receive any product you order.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. They led us to believe our package was coming and then sent us a fake fedex number to track. It never arrived... stealing our money and wasting our time tracking down the delivery company as well as contacting the company for more information.

Just think about it. This company has been in existence for less than a year. It is based in Canada but offers free delivery to the UK. Its prices are unbelievable low, in fact in the case of Weber products lower than cost price. Does this seem genuine to you?
