Not happy with ur delivery ecom express..agent has mention fake reason as I have been contacted with him he told me that he is not going to deliver today as he is going for marriage ceremony..

Very bad service from ecom express. My product was reached at my nearest place but their delivery boy couldn’t deliver it even after 3 days. Delivery agent didn’t even bothered to call me at the day of delivery. My home is located facing main road. Other e-commerce site delivery agent dont even need to call me for finding the address, i have received 100s of orders till now on same address without any issues. Why ecom express couldn’t deliver even after 3 days. They looks to be very irresponsible.

Ecom express telling blatant lies on their websites and trying to steal my order from deodap.

It is called ndr that is non delivery report. After two days delay they again make the same LIE and status as ndr. Finally with coordination i make my order sent back that is rto means return to origin. I am waiting for refund.

Arrived at NOIDA centre on 26th April, as per tracking data.
Not delivered even after 3 days.
Upon calling, the response was "ladka nahi hai, ladka chutti pe hai".
I wonder what kind of courier company is this who cannot deliver if they have delivery boys on leave.
Shame to them, but more shame to ICICI Bank who use this worthless delivery partner to deliver rewards to their loyal customers under loyalty scheme

Does not deserve even one star. Unreliable, irresponsible courier service. Delivery was delayed by 4 days. Still not received. Poor service and inappropriate behaviour. They were not responding to my call.
Dissatisfied my your service.
If you are keeping this attitude no wonder wait for the downfall.

I had a very disappointing experience with the delivery boy. He was rude, showed no basic courtesy, and spoke in an arrogant manner. On top of that, he demanded extra money, which was completely unreasonable. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service. I hope necessary action is taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Horrible service and their automated customer call is pathetic. There is no was any assistant comes on call. They don't share delivery boy number. The delivery boy never rang my bell Nthg and claimed I ma unavailable. Horrible horrible service while I am at home only the whole day.

Fraud and misleading courier company. This company's delivery boy keep telling lies and never visit to pickup or deliver the product and keep delaying the service. They will pick your call just for the 1st time as you are unknown and then they will never pick your call and we as a customer always keep getting message that attempt to deliver or pick up has failed.

The Product was supposed to be delivered on 3rd April 2025 and it’s 11th April they did not delievered the Product. I had to find out the Hub and went to the Hub to collect the Product.

We ordered a product at Flipkart.They gave the item to Ecom express.When we received item that the item was damaged.

I ordered a product from myntra. They had ecom as their delivery agent. Ecom delivery man was very rude. He refused to give the package at the said location. When i asked him to deliver at the said location,he threatened not to deliver remaining products and he would return it. He was saying that they didnt extend their service to our location. Then i doubt how they accepted my order clearly knowing the location. Now i fear that we wont receive the remaining orders. It was part of wedding errands. Already things are hectic and the delivery man makes it extremely difficult. It was highly unacceptable behaviour.

Dude they don't even try to delivery your package it's been 5 days since my order has reached Hyderabad and I haven't received it.
They don't even try to make a delivery attempt
