That missing second-driver option is a frustrating snag, especially when the site itself felt clear and easy to use. In some bookings, an additional driver can only be added if the supplier allows it for that car class and market, and sometimes it has to be done at pickup rather than in the booking flow. If the option didn’t appear online, it may be down to those supplier rules for the reservation. If you'd like it checked, do get in touch through the Help Center on the website with your booking number and a quick note about the second driver.

A debit already showing while no reservation document has arrived is a worrying mismatch, Jose Carlos Santos. If the confirmation email and number never came through, the booking may not have been finalised in the system — payment and confirmation are separate steps, so the charge alone doesn’t always mean the reservation was issued. Without the booking number we can’t check the file properly; do get in touch at community@bookinggroup.com with the payment date, amount, the email used for the booking, and any bank screenshot or receipt, and the team can trace what happened.

Not having an installment option can be a letdown, especially when the rest of the booking was good. On some reservations, payment is handled as one charge, and split payments depend on the supplier or card provider rather than the booking flow itself, so that choice isn’t always available at checkout. Glad the rest worked out well, and hopefully the next one fits your payment preference better.
