Not seeing Geneva airport as a pick-up and return option is frustrating when that’s exactly the route you need. That location pair only appears when a supplier has made it available for the dates and vehicle class you’ve selected, so it may not show for every search. If you try again with the same airport set at both ends, the options should reflect what’s actually available there. Hopefully that gives a bit more clarity.

A purchase that didn’t send any confirmation through is a proper nuisance, especially when you’re left waiting to see whether it went through at all. A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation number and email are issued, so if neither arrived, it may not have been finalised. If you still have the payment reference, check your inbox and junk folder as well, since confirmations sometimes land there. If it’s still missing, the booking record will need the reservation details to trace it properly.
