Paying at this stage can feel premature, especially when you were expecting the cost to be settled later. If this was a Payment on Arrival booking, the rental amount is paid directly to the supplier at pickup, and any online charge usually only covers the items chosen at booking. That setup isn’t always obvious, so it’s a fair point to raise.

Fiz uma reserva com 20 dias de antecedência para dezembro de 2025 onde retirei o carro no aeroporto da Catânia na Sicília, e fiquei por duas semanas com carro.
Entreguei o carro no dia 10-01-26 e me cobraram um calção de 652,39€ logo no check-in com a promessa da devolução do mesmo após 2dias da entrega do carro e isso não foi cumprido até a presente data.
hoje já são 22-04-2026 e até agora não recebi nada além de e-mails com previsões que até o momento não cumpriram com nada e o calção não foi devolvido até hoje.
Então a minha nota para essa aplicação é 0,0 pois o apoio e o atendimento ao cliente não é eficiente e nenhum pouco rápido e o atendimento que foi nos dado no balcão de atendimento da locadora Carwiz rent a car é igual.
A locadora não fez nenhum check-in ao nos entregar as Chaves e no check-out tbm não fizeram nenhuma questão de ver como deixamos carro. Então quem for alugar através dessa aplicação podem se preparar para a dor de cabeça..
Continuo no aguardo de uma solução para o meu caso. Já se passaram 5 meses da entrega do carro e até agora não recebi a devolução do caução que por mim foi pago.
Hoje já são 23-06-2026 e já mandei inúmeros e-mails para os contatos communitybookinggroup.com;
replybookinggroup.com;
supportbookinggroup.com;
E até agora só o que recebi foi para que eu continuasse esperando por uma resposta da parte da locadora. eu não consigo acreditar que após 5 meses a empresa EconomyBookings não conseguiu falar com a locadora Carwiz rent a car até agora? Isso é inaceitável!
Peço que POR FAVOR!!! Resolvam esse problema que já foi dado muito tempo a vcs e tudo que me pediram de documentações já foi passado só falta a boa vontade por parte da empresa EconomyBookings

€652.39 still tied up after your Catania airport return on 10-01-26 is a long wait, especially after two weeks with the car. A security deposit is usually a temporary hold, but the release runs through the supplier and their bank process, so the timing can vary. What you’ve described goes well beyond the normal turnaround, and the repeated forecast emails without the money coming back is understandably wearing.
If this is still unresolved, reach out to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the return date, the €652.39 amount, and copies of the supplier emails or a bank statement showing the hold. That gives the team what they need to trace it with Carwiz and see where it’s stalled.

O atendimento ao cliente por telefone no Brasil, para duvidas etc. a atendente só fala em inglês. Isso é desrespeito ao Brasil e aos Brasileiros ou os que falam a língua portuguesa. Se está no Brasil o atendimento deveria em português. Lamentável.

That must have been a very frustrating call, especially when you were trying to get help in Brazil and were met only in English. I can see why that would feel disrespectful and leave a poor impression — if a service is being used in Brazil, it’s entirely reasonable to expect Portuguese support.
Language availability can vary depending on the support channel and the team handling the request, but that doesn’t make the experience any less disappointing when you’re the one on the line trying to solve something. A customer should feel helped, not put at a disadvantage by the very conversation meant to sort things out.
Your point is fair: clear, local-language support matters, and it should feel like part of the service rather than an extra hurdle. I’m sorry this wasn’t handled in a way that matched that expectation.

The booking and any supplier charges are meant to be explained clearly at pickup, and support should never speak to you in a hostile way. EconomyBookings is a legitimate booking platform, but that doesn’t make your experience any less frustrating if something went badly wrong.
