Eu e minha esposa, Contratamos um serviço de aluguel de carro através da Economybookings numero de reserva B83015126, eles fazem a intermediação junto as locadoras, no momento do aluguel eles ofereceram um seguro total, (Full Coverage) vendendo a tranquilidade de que qualquer adversidade no aluguel, todo e qualquer franquia cobrada pela empresa que presta o serviço, seria reembolsada por ele!
tive um pequeno incidente durante o aluguel do veiculo, um arranhado no paralama, a empresa que prestava o serviço fez uma cobrança de franquia pelo acontecido, fiz o pagamento, todos os registros necessários, fotográficos e documentais, fiz o pagamento, guardei comprovante, entrei em contato com a economybookings para ser reembolsado pelo pagamento, enviei todas as documentações que eles solicitaram no dia 02/04/2026, e ate hoje 04/05/2026 mais de 30 dias depois de enviar tudo, eles desapareceram, não deram um feedback e não responderam... vendem um seguro prometendo segurança e tranquilidade, mas quando vc precisa eles desaparecem! Não indico a empresa para aluguel de carros, eles fazem intermediação com a locadora, prometem e nao cumprem!

Waiting more than 30 days after sending the Full Coverage claim on 02/04/2026, especially for a small scratch on the fender under booking B83015126, is a rough place to be. Full Coverage is a reimbursement-based product: the supplier charge is paid first, then the claim is reviewed against the documents and photos you submit. That review can take time, but you should still get progress updates rather than silence. If this is still unresolved, reach out to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, a short summary of what happened, and the receipt/photos you already sent. The team can look at the claim status and get it moving.

Carro Inferior Entregue
Gostaria de registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a locação realizada. Reservei um veículo do Grupo J2 (Peugeot 3008), escolhido especificamente pelo espaço de porta-malas e segurança para dois casais. No entanto, me foi entregue um veículo do Grupo S4, nitidamente inferior e com porta-malas cerca de 100 litros menor.
Ao questionar a supervisão sobre o downgrade, recebi a resposta absurda de que 'qualquer grupo é similar' e que a categoria não importava. É tecnicamente incorreto afirmar que um veículo S4 equivale a um J2. Mesmo com modelos Peugeot 3008 disponíveis no pátio, a empresa tentou me extorquir um valor adicional para entregar o que eu já havia contratado.
Além do descumprimento da categoria, as cobranças foram desproporcionais:
Taxa de Fronteira (Mont Blanc): Cobraram € 63,96. Apesar de informarmos que a permanência seria de apenas 2 dias, fomos obrigados a pagar pelo período total da reserva (13 dias).
Motorista Adicional: Foi cobrada uma taxa de € 95,94.
Tivemos que viajar com malas nos bancos de passageiros, comprometendo a segurança e o conforto. Exijo o estorno da diferença de categoria e a revisão das taxas aplicadas.
Falta de Similaridade: A alegação de que o carro entregue era 'similar' apenas por possuir ar e câmbio automático é tecnicamente falsa, dada a diferença de litragem e grupo tarifário.
Considero a Noleggiare uma empresa mal-intencionada que utiliza de artifícios para extrair valores extras de turistas.

A J2 Peugeot 3008 for two couples turning into a smaller S4 with around 100 litres less boot space is a serious mismatch. If you were then asked to pay extra for the car you’d already reserved, that makes the desk experience all the more frustrating.
Bookings are normally made by vehicle group, but the supplier is still meant to provide a comparable class to what was reserved; if a 3008 was available and you were pushed toward a paid change, that’s something the paperwork needs to be checked against. Border-crossing permissions and an additional driver are separate supplier charges, and the €63.96 Mont Blanc fee plus the €95.94 driver charge should be shown on the rental receipt and terms.
If you’d like this reviewed, email community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the car groups booked and delivered, and a copy of the counter receipt or voucher. That gives the team what they need to compare the category and charges line by line.
