100% recommend
Absolutely brilliant! From start to finish.
First Kristian, who came to talk us through eco reflect and their windows was lovely. All information was easy to understand and any questions we had were answered.
The communication from eco reflect was good and everyone was on hand to answer any questions we had.
Bert came to measure up and he was thorough making sure we got exactly what we wanted and giving good recommendations when we weren’t sure.
Gary sent mock ups of the door we wanted and was on hand whenever we needed.
And the fitters, Craig, Lee and Connor. Absolutely hilarious! Had me laughing the whole time. They are extremely efficient. Took care with the house and most importantly, did a fantastic job.
Some snags came up but before I even knew about it they’d been escalated and already booked in.
Would definitely recommend eco reflect.

Overall, I had a good experience with EcoReflect. From the initial quote to the installation, the team was helpful and answered my questions. The installers arrived on time and completed the work within the expected timeframe. There were a couple of small things to adjust afterwards, but they were sorted out quickly.
