Stay away from this company, they are dodgy and bunch of unprofessional team. Poor quality of work and then they don’t reply to your emails and your calls. They are so so bad. Just using your property to get the grant from government and leave you in a total mess.
Unreliable company, they did my loft insulation and it is completely a mess. They don’t reply mails or phone calls. Very unprofessional
Without prejudice. I got in touch with this company who arranged an appointment to come out to survey my house I stayed in all afternoon and they did not turn up. I tried ti contact them using several phone no:s and left a message they rudely ignored my calls. They did not contact me until TWO days later saying they had a problem with their vehicle and they would contact me. I have contacted them several times by email for them to rearrange and they have not the curtesy to reply.
I had loft insulation installed through the GBIS scheme and was really impressed with the service. The team was professional, arrived on time, and completed the work efficiently. My home feels much warmer now, and I’ve already noticed a drop in my energy usage. I’d definitely recommend the scheme to anyone looking to improve their home’s energy efficiency.
The installation was completed on time with no mess left behind, and the boiler has been running perfectly since. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new boiler or servicing. Great job all around!
