Utterly appalling, applied for a refund after receiving a letter from HMRC, was told by computer that they couldn't process this. Had to apply for a cheque - which should arrive by...July 29th. Good to see the government are entrusting this to organisations that frequently receive bad reviews.

A company that doesn't pay its employees,
they don't care about the employee at all, they rob them of their money
blocks contact, and there are some incompeten in accounting who can't add 2 to 2

This company is ran by a bunch of incompetent people, Area manager for the south. Can’t even speak English properly and thinks just cause she has some power on her hands it’s okay to unfairly dismiss a colleague who has only been there two weeks without a complaint being made. She only hires people from her ethnicity and is a racist towards anyone that isn’t White. Regional manager just as bad can’t do her job properly after giving me the job cant do anything about my contract getting terminated for no reason. Neither of them will reply to my messages or calls as they know I’m right. Worst company to work for and you shouldn’t work for them as you are treated unfairly if you are not white.

We have had issues with their administration since applying for a refund in June 2022, for cleaning that was paid for at one of our offices but was not undertaken. This was no one's fault, but we still need a refund, which was apparently agreed months ago but never paid to us. We are also awaiting credit notes for missed cleans in January and February, which again have apparently been agreed but not sent to us. Our cleaner is great and our regional rep very helpful, but her hands seem to be tied by the poor admin. I was told the refund and credit notes would be with us by Monday 3rd April. Someone even called us on Tuesday 4th April to get bank details, but still nothing.
