This company is nowhere near professional! I've been trying to reach someone for so long. Left close to ten voicemails and nothing. I expose my information to this compony and now I'm Definity worried that this company is a Scam. It been a year and I never got the money. Other companies that do the same thing paid their clients already, And I know a few. 0 stars for whatever this company is.

They false advertise claiming they offer a refund advance In as little as 10 days. They make you think the only fees will be 20% of your refund amount as well and I just learned there's 18% on the advance. This business is scammers and liars. Best bet is to file online yourself Turno tax and HR Block are 95% cheaper. I received a text message from them saying my advance is approved it's only going on 3 months. Then they now say my credit is an issue and I can't get advance at this time. Everything I have received and all the internet searches say no credit check and I never saw anywhere that they were going to be checking credit scores. I am cancelling this amended return this company has not done any thing they promised. I contracted with an agency that offered incentives that filing the advance on my own I wouldn't get. They offer no incentives they are stealing our money and changing the contract agreement to fit their agenda.

Run fast from this place, they are scammers. Taking our money with zero remorse. They have led me on for over 6 months and I assure you I'm not the only one. Research them on Google and redit. Take my advise and run fast!

It's a scam. Don't fall for it. They claim to help you with SETC, but not a single person has received any credit. Check the Reddit boards about it. They collect all your personal tax information, and make you sign a change of address for the IRS to their credit union so they can become your "tax representative." This company should be reported.
