Ignorance des matériaux à exclure du traitement chimique, pulvérisation ET bombes fumigènes posées à même le plancher, dégâts considérables sur le cuir, le bois brut, les objets en métal (oxydation) . Pulvérisation sur les ampoules, le plan de cuisson etc... Résultat, un mois de travail avec un masque pour nettoyer toutes ces surfaces endommagées...

Super intervention, personnel efficace et prise de rendez vous rapide en -de 24h on m'a enlevé mon nid de guepes, je recommande

Ich musste ein Nest loswerden das auf meiner terasse entstand.
Da ist mir die firma Ecotic empfohlen worden und ich muss sagen das die empgehlung zu recht kam. Sehr kompetente mitarbeiter, vielen Dank!

Sehr schlechte Beratung und falschausagen gegenüber Marder und Gifte. Die verantwortung liegt beim Kunde wenn es nicht klappt mit dem Marder zu verjagen und sind sehr teuer.

Réponse immédiate au téléphone. Tarif proposé entre 150,00 CHF et 390,00 CHF. Je n'ai pas encore payé, mais le prestataire m'a confirmé que c'était la prestation simple et qu'elle se montait à 250,00 CHF. C'est cher, mais je n'ai pas vraiment de point de comparaison. Néanmoins, je retire une étoile pour le coût.
L'intervention a eu lieu le lendemain et bien à la fourchette indiquée . En outre, il est arrivé au début de celle-ci. Le spécialiste s'est montré sympathique et il a trouvé très rapidement l'entrée du nid, alors que je ne l'avais pas vue après plusieurs contrôles.
Son intervention a consisté à mettre une poudre sur tout le coin du balcon et le trou où les guêpes volaient. Très impressionnant ! Elles sont passées de deux ou trois à plusieurs dizaines !
Bref, bien content qu'il soit passé aussi rapidement. D'ailleurs c'était un samedi. D'après la personne au téléphone cela ne fait pas de différence de coût, sauf le dimanche. Reste à voir si cette intervention suffira

"Intervention" inutile (pas d'inspection, pas de solution au problème, conseils erronés) pour un montant de 150 CHF. Facture envoyée après le délai de paiement; rappel de paiement qui double le montant de la facture pour raison de "dommage moratoire". A éloigner comme les nuisibles qu'ils prétendent faire fuir.

They came out and did a great job, but are VERY aggressive about going to collections. They sent a bill about a week after service, with a payment deadline of only another week later. My father had a stroke and subsequently passed away, leading to 3 weeks in the US unexpectedly and last minute (bought a next day flight). Upon return, I paid the bill (about 6 weeks after service was rendered). They sent no further reminders or requests for payment. Today, days after I already paid the bill, I got a COLLECTIONS letter, with a 200 fr. charge for this, on a 355 fr. bill. It's entirely arbitrary to put such a short deadline on payment, and the lateness is my fault, but it's a very extreme escalation without any warning. Extremely unreasonable and not at all aligned with standard practice in Switzerland.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ecotox GmbH. Over the course of two visits, their performance was completely unsatisfactory, and the overall management of the project was thoroughly unprofessional.

The main issue lies in their total lack of reliability and scheduling discipline:

Missed Appointments: Numerous scheduled appointments were made and subsequently ignored. Technicians failed to show up, and no advance notice or explanations were provided.

Broken Promises: Multiple explicit commitments made by their management and staff regarding treatment timelines, follow-ups, and service deliverables were repeatedly broken.

Failure to Perform: Despite taking up time over two separate visits, the promised scope of work was never properly executed or brought to a standard of basic professional competence.

Failing to honor agreed-upon scheduling commitments and leaving client matters unresolved constitutes a severe breach of basic service standards. I cannot recommend Ecotox GmbH to anyone seeking reliable, prompt, or professional pest management services.

Save your time and hire a reputable, certified professional instead.

Sehr dubios. Eine Firma, drei verschiedene Namen, es wird weder transparent kommuniziert (beziehungsweise trotz Einschreiben kann mir niemand erklären, wie sich der hohe Rechnungsbetrag zusammensetzt) noch sorgfältig gearbeitet. Ich habe das Gefühlt, hier wird die Angst des Kunden (vor allem bei Bettwanzenbefall) schamlos ausgenutzt.

2 Termine, 2x nicht aufgetaucht. Der erste Termin wäre iO gewesen weil eine halbe Stunde über vereinbarter Zeit wenigstens abgesagt wurde. Aber heute? Eineinhalb Stunden gewartet um selber nachzufragen und dann zu erfahren, Mitarbeitende krank. Diese Firma hat es offenbar nicht nötig ihre Termine einzuhalten oder abzusagen. Bodenlos.

Wir hatten am Haus 2 Wespennester entdeckt. Ich bin im Internet auf diese Fa. gestossen. Sie machte mir einen guten Eindruck. (Biomittel zur Bekämpfung!).Auf der Homepage stand dass die Kosten dementsprechend zuerst abgeklärt werden sollen. Nachdem ich die Mail für eine erste Anfrage abgeschickt habe (es war frühmorgens) rief umgehend ein Mitarbeiter an und meldete sein Kommen in 2 Stunden.Natürlich waren wir froh, dass so schnell jemand zu Hilfe eilte. Er war pünktlich und machte sich sofort an die Arbeit. 30 Minuten später war alles erledigt, aber ohne Garantie wie er betonte! Gut so weit. Dann verlangte er Fr. 390.--! Wir hatten keine Ahnung, dass diese 2 kurzen Behandlungen so viel kosten würden. Das ist der normale Preis. Warum wird im Vorfeld nicht darüber kommuniziert so wie es auf der Homepage steht. Wir waren so überrascht, dass wir dummerweise den überrissenen Preis anstandslos bezahlten. Ich würde diese Fa. nicht mehr empfehlen da sie vorsätzlich die Kunden täuscht, indem sie behauptet die Kosten werden vorher besprochen.

100% guarantee on site but in reality after 3 visits for bed bug infestation they left us to it even after further bed bugs found. First visit a joke as we knew we had them saw them. Guy comes looks 10 minutes and asks for 250chf straight away. Deducted on ridiculous price of 1800 and tgen reduced to 1250 in total. However 2nd and 3rd visits also invoiced bringing total cost to 1800 but no success and no 100% guarantee. We then went to Dtec punaise for proper canine detection of and remaining bedbug places and got fantastic advice. We then bought Poli Eradicator steamer to eradicate them ourselves. Bad feedback from Dtec regarfing Ecotox which confirmed our experience. Don't waste your money with them. Andrew Kerr
