worked well before, but have stopped their business for a year now. had taken a 1500 Rs refundable deposit at the start and I also had filled my wallet amount for shipments which im unable to use now. been 45 days ive asked them to refund but have stopped responding completely now.

I have been using Ecourierz as one of our courier partner for my online apparel business for last 2 years. But from last 6-8 months the company services has drastically changed to be pathetic. There is no one available to talk. They disconnect the call, whenever I call. They are not closing our pending COD Remittances since August. I have been following up with them again and again. And top of this they are sending Weight Discrepancy emails and asking to clear that promising 'once you clear we will remit the COD amount'. But after clearing that also, it's not helpful.
I never wanted to write such a review, but I just want to get heard now and get the pending Remittances cleared.

I'm using eCourierz since Jan 2021, they are providing very good services. It helped my business to get in touch with all customers. If I am having any queries the team is solving very quickly. Very supportive ones.

eCourierz is Fraud Company. They guys have tech issue while making bulk booking duplicate order gets created with different AWB and I have daily 100 shipment. I raised this issue after an hour of handing over all my parcel to courier partner and imagine what answer they gave is this is your mistake you handed over orders to courier partner and you should have looked into it and I said you are the first company who do not provide Manifest list and I said if there was an option of providing manifest then this mistake would not had happened. After I raised this issue 2 day ago they started providing Manifest. When I requested a call and I got call from there representative from his personal number and I said if I don't my parcel or refund he said we will not refund you anything and will have a power to deduct money from your wallet without informing you and at that time my wallet amount was 3K and till not I haven't received my parcel back and they have charged me RTO and Forward charges and no one is listening to me know.

I request everyone if you guys want to bein safe hand and do not want to loose money please stop using eCourierz

My problems with sending parcels to customers is solved efficiently. I no more have to run around for label creation, tracking updates, deliveries and cod collection. It's been taken care by them. All thanks to ECourierz, my business partner for shipping.

With excessively delayed pick ups and ZERO assistance and NO return pick up services, Ecourierz has to be the WORST experience as a small business.

No one bothers to call for your problems. As a third party they are not liable for anything at all. Automated emails happen everytime and there is no solution to your problems, ever!

AND COD remittance does not happen within 2 days like they claim on their landing page. It takes VERY VERY long.

No one knows whats happening in this company, everyone just keeps on passing the phones and emails to others while you're losing your mind out of frustration.

I am using ecouriez since August and I really appreciate its service. Same-day pickup done and all updates are very prompt. Best part is the customer service, both mail and on calls. Best customer service and gets fast resolution and they revert for each everything instantly. I am very very very satisfied by ecouriez. This is the best service I have used so far

poor service, customer support team not have the manner to talk to customer. violet balance reflect negative balance without nay proof of weight difference.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BAD COMPANY.. THEY CHARGE COD charges even when shipment got RTO, no other company like shipdesk shiprocket bigship vamaship charge COD charges when shipment got RTO.. THEY CHARGE 4% IF YOU CLOSS YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM... FRAUD COMPANY. .. BEAWARE SELLERS...

Edited - no company in the entire market take security deposit or charge any fees on account closure... On the top of that this was never informed at the time of account opening... I opened my account 3 years ago and they just changed there policy last year I belive...

THEY DON'T ENTERTAN ANY WEIGHT DISPUTE AS WELL.. OTHER COMPANY ATLEAST FIGHT WITH THERE OPERATOR AND RESOLVE THE CASE IN YOUR FAVOUR ( MOST OF THE TIME)

EACH AND EVERY COMPANY ISSUE REFUND OF COD CHARGES IF SHIPMENT GOT RTO BUT THESE GUYS NEVER DO THAT... I HAVE ACCOUNT WITH 6-7 DIFFERENT LOGISTICS PARTNERS
