One of the worst organization ever dealt with. Dont ever give them money advance they just simply take it and then never delivered the goods. Specially for Amazon seller it's a one of the bad rated courier running by scammers. I have a shipment to them and they lost it or did not send it but just simply denied for any investigation. Don't ever work with them.

I live abroad and I had a document to be sent from India to here. Fouzan really helped me coordinate everything on Ecouriez WhatsApp account and also was kind and generous to help me discover a payment option to pay for the courier. I am highly thankful to him and the company. Courier is yet to reach me,I hope it reaches well and on time. But thank you Fouzan! Great clienting!

This courier company from Bangalore running by 3 directors who has employee like Fouzan and Mayana and many more full of fraud. they take all the money in advance to deliver the shipment and assured you for everything but once you credit the amount to them they give a damn to you and just use 3rd party courier to pick up the shipment and then asking you to follow up. They are the worst courier company i have every seen. Its just a scam going on here so my message to everyone to not use this company and stay away, because you will loose the money and shipment as well. i have registered a legal case against this them on consumer court and Sec 420 as well.

Excellent service and on-time delivery. It was a very smooth process of sending my luggage overseas and also within India. The customer support was excellent and very courteous. He explained everything in detail and made the process much more easier. Will surely recommend them.

Pathetic service, they don't have any control on the vendors who are coming for parcel delivery.

Late delivery of parcels is like a habit to them. We never faced such harassment and humiliation from any other vendor.

I will not suggest this Ecourierz as partner to anyone.

I am very happy from day one with the service first Krishna and then Fouzan both of them helped me to send courier to Australia I have not seen a single member from their team but my son has received it on time in perfect condition.

Very much satisfied with the services. Good communication with the clients, helped in understanding the aspects of international shipments. Good prices but I believe they can provide a better discounted price. Would definitely recommend and would love to send consignments via ecourierz again!
