Geweldige producten! Mooi en natuurlijk. Echter wil ik een deken terugsturen omdat hij van 20% acryl blijkt te zijn wat niet op de webshop stond. Nu heb ik al heel veel mails verzonden en nooit reactie gekregen en nu ligt hij al maanden in de kast onuitgepakt. Reageer op mails, retourneren is een recht. Ordernummer #100625

Colors of the blanket did not resemble the photos on the website. Much more muted and blend. The colors of the photos on the website are very cleary enhanced to look much more vivid. Also: the blanket it fairly thin and sheds heavily.
When I contacted customer service they simply said it's an artisanal product and colors may differ. Returning is an option, however shipping costs to Ecuador fall to the customer and amount to a higher cost than the original purchase amount. Despite the website being in my native language and a business address stated in the UK. My bad, should have read the fine print to note that returns are to be shipped to Ecuador.
Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend!

A really nice poncho, and I even got gloves and a chocolate bar as a gift. The service was great, and the items feel wonderful to the touch and are very warm. Thanks for everything!

En revanche, le poncho ne convient pas car il n'est pas doux comme indiqué.
J'ai demandé un retour, et je n'ai toujours pas d'autorisation à ce jour...

Too small, and a little tight around the neck.
The poncho itself is very thin and I was not expecting that.

Good quality, goods are exactly as advertised. Properly packaged and sufficient updates on the order status.

They obscure the fact that these are 20% PLASTIC.

Maybe even more than 20%, since the labeling isn’t verified by anything.

Do not buy if you want pure wool or natural materials!

The blankets are of excellent quality with stunning colors. I bought 5 total.

Shipping was vary fast especially for being out of the country took about 4 days the blanket is incredibly soft a bit thin for the double thick yarn one I got but that’s fine sheds a bit but not bad perfect to cuddle up to in bed

Constant shedding. brushed it and washed and had a dry cleaned. Every day there is hair everywhere on my clothes in my mouth when I wake up. I really would like to love this product, but it is really a pain.

I bought ponchos for my whole family (8) and a blanket for my wife. Everyone absolutely loves them the craftsmanship is undoubtedly impressive thank you so much for the hard work put into making this product!!
