I liked your service up until I was told I shouldn’t had to pay for it! Other than that the service was ok. I felt like I had to do a lot of the finding out information by my self. I had head to tell you guys my loan was forgiven other wise you would have kept charging me!

EDAPT helped me get forgiveness
EDAPT helped me maneuver through the many student loan changes in laws throughout the years and did all the paperwork to get me qualified for public service loan forgiveness. It was worth it in the end as I finally was forgiven nearly 30K in debt.

Communication was top priority of the staff. They kept in full contact the entire time letting me know everything that was in the works. The customer service was perfect never once was there a bad attitude or anything.

They have always responded to any questions and issues that I presented to them. They have even return over paid fees to my account when I brought to their attention that my student loans were forgiven!
