I tried to get a new size and nothing. I was told customer service would reach out, not. Don’t waste your money. This company is all bells and whistles but no follow through.

My experience is the price. I had purchased a similar device from Amazon for $13.99 Metal Penis Ring, Stainless Steel. This item comes with 6 different sizes so you can select the correct fit. There is no band to attach across the bottom, but it does not need one.

The product works good from my experience. The only reason for the 3 stars is because I had was I jumped onto a 50 dollar off promo, and didn't realize it was a subscription called STAYGIDDY, so one day without any prior email warning my PayPal bank account was hit with 203 dollar charge for "one" Giddy, that was already being shipped! I emailed and asked for a reversal or at lease an adjustment in the charge, but haven't gotten a response, yet. As of now you can buy two for 225 on Amazon!! Always read everything before you confirm a purchase online with any seller.

I purchased an Eddie in year 2023; however apparently I ordered the wrong size. I have tried several times to contact Eddie's website or email with no success. Please can you help.

Beware, it is a subscription scam. They sign you up for auto renewal and charge your account even after you try to cancel. They will not refund your money under any circumstance.

The product itself is marginally effective and somewhat uncomfortable to wear.

I Cancelled they billed me again and sent a third order out that I didn't make.

It didnt work and it pinched.

Be aware that they will keep charging you even with your subscription cancelled. I cancelled on their website and magically they activated it again without warning and sent another device.

As much as I have tried I am too small for the Eddy to work. Unfortunately I didn't cancel my subscription soon enough so now I am out more money and I am stuck with another Eddy that I cannot use.

Having tried traditional rings and oral medications it was a surprise as to how well Eddy worked. I ordered a size larger than needed and was immediately sent a smaller one when I contacted them online. My experience has been quite amazing. There is a learning curve. At first it didn't work so well. Probably both from a psychological and experience curve. I use sildenafil and it gave me a moderate erection some of the time. I still use it but now my erections are the best I have ever had, so hard a "cat couldn't scratch it."
The criticism is there is little guidance as to when to go from a size C to a D. My girth is 6.5" and when plugging this into the calculator it came back as a C. When do you switch from a C to a D? No guidance on this.

I have a condition called venous leak, which means blood flows into the penis but is not held in, making it difficult to maintain an erection. I use generic Cialis, which helps increase blood flow but doesn’t solve the leakage problem. I’ve tried other cock rings, but Eddie is the best I’ve found. However, I will say that it would be good for the company to offer a slightly larger size and/or constriction bands, because at my 5-1/2” in girth, even the size D is a little tight for me when fully aroused and erect. Having said that, this ring does produce an amazing result in terms of the firmness and size of my erection.

There 'subscription' service is ridiculous. You don't need this every 4 months and the cost is unbelievably outrageous. When I ordered their website would allow you to order just the product. I made sure of this. It was difficult but you could do it (I don't think you can anymore). They sent a subscription anyway which I did not know. Four months later there was a $200 charge on my credit card. I requested a refund, but they kept $25. This company is a rip-off. You can by other like products from other manufacturers that if properly fit give the same result at 1/50th the price.
