Great as always !
I had a great experience today. Amanda at reception is so lovely so helpful. I had a treatment done by Dr Madeline so professional and efficient. I got all the info I needed and more ! Looking forward to my next visit 😊

Galway Clinic
The clinic is a very nice place and it's very clean. Doctor Saoire made feel very secure and calm at the process of my lip fillers, and I am extremely happy with the results, my self confidence improved instantly. The receptionist was very nice as well. Excellent service!!

Got Botox done in May I went for frozen…
Got Botox done in May I went for frozen look in three areas and had movement after 7 weeks.
Have been going to Eden for three years and feel I didn’t get the service I paid for.
Will not be returning

Overall great experience
I loved attending the Eden Clinic at Galway. The reception staff were so welcoming and very helpful, they couldn’t have been more pleasant.
Dr.Sarah was super both at my consultation and my procedure appointment. I couldn’t recommend her more, she was calm, reassuring and overall so lovely to deal with.
I am very satisfied with the results and look forward to dealing with Eden Clinic again in the future.

Five star service
Five star service. I couldn't be happier with my visit to Eden Medical today. Lovely consultation with the Dr. with everything explained perfectly well. I was helped to feel at ease and confident in my choice. Genuinely no pain: literally just a scratch. I was so nervous!! Really can't recommend this place enough. Professional clinic
I have been attending Eden Medical in Galway for the past two years and have received many treatments from the clinic. The ladies are always very professional and hold themselves to a very high standard. They always explain the treatments I will be receiving very well and make me feel very comfertable. A very classy and well organised clinic. Looking forward to my next treatment in the clinic.

Have been to Eden Limerick for AWI…
Have been to Eden Limerick for AWI approx 5 times in past but won’t be returning they have increased prices significantly’ I always paid extra for strong but last time it didn’t even last 12 weeks & I was charged extra for a snr dr too which is a racket very disappointing eden !!!!

We were so sorry to hear that you felt you experienced a less than satisfactory visit with us recently. Patient satisfaction is always a number one priority for us as a small business. As cost prices are rising we have had to implement a slight increase to our prices however at your last visit with us you were not charged extra for a senior Dr and did not attend a review appointment. We offer a complimentary review for every AWI appointment free of charge so that if any adjustments need to be made, they can be 2 weeks post appointment.

I’m so disappointed with service in…
I’m so disappointed with service in Eden Galway. I had my Botox done and job was not too bad jus one of my eyebrows dropped a little. So I came back and i got more botox. was not perfect but i was quite happy with the results. I recommended Eden to my aunt. So we booked appointments and we went there together as she had no English. we asked for eyebrow lift because her eyes looked tired. After week one eyebrow drops a lot and other lifted . So we came back and they added a little more saying it will help to lift. But it dropped even more. So her vision got affected. She looks very bad. She has family reunion in few week. And she is soooo sad. I feel sooo guilty for recommending. Just wanted to share this story that bad Botox happens to.

So happy with my visit and my results
So happy with my visit and my results. The clinic itself is fab and so clean, the lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. I got Botox and lip filler with Dr Emma. She talked me through everything so well and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’m absolutely delighted with my results, they exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back and recommending to everyone. Thanks for a great experience.

Fantastic Experience
My first experience of AWI & I was very nervous, however the procedure was painless & Dr Jo was so pleasant & calming & gave me all the information I needed. Bianca on reception was very friendly & welcoming. I am so glad I chose Eden Medical & I am looking forward to more visits.
