Eden Medical Clinic Opiniões 

Yesterday I left the Adelaide clinic feeling upset and disappointed. After travelling to Dublin from Wexford, and waiting for 20 mins with numbing cream on my lips I was told I would not be getting injected by Dr. Anna. The first reason was because I didn't know what brand of dermal filler was used on my lips two years ago in another clinic. And the second reason was because of a red pigment discolouration on my top lip.

When I asked if could i receive my lip fillers anyway, and waive her 'recommendation' at my own risk (I've had fillers elsewhere with zero negative impacts). I was told no. That I can certainly get them done elsewhere in other places.

I will always be thankful for practitioners who have the patient's health in mind, there is a real lack of it in the facial aesthetics community right now and I cannot fault Eden Medical for this in the slightest. And if Dr. Anna felt uncomfortable completing the procedure, I'm glad she didn't forge ahead against her inner instincts.

However, I cannot ignore how I felt leaving the clinic.
I felt like there was something wrong with me, I felt ashamed and embarrassed. When I walked back out to the reception desk (to the loveliest reception girl in the world might I add) Dr Anna brushed past me with not a single 'goodbye/sorry about not being able to fulfil your procedure today or all the best'. The overall manner and tone in our appointment was really disheartening.

Other observations:

I called and offered to do a video consult before my appointment but was told this was unnecessary since I had dermal fillers before (they were made aware from another clinic). I wouldn't have wasted valuable time and money on a trip all the way up to Dublin.

It needs to be highlighted more clearly that if fillers were received elsewhere, we should know what brand was used. I hadn't a clue and wouldn't have received my procedure because of this. Another reason for a waste of trip.

I've wanted to come to Eden Medical for the longest time and I've been an avid follower of the company's growth and success over the years, I'm just raging that my experience with Dr Anna was crap.

Calm and professional… such lovely staff with great advice….. This is definitely my new go to place for me . Something for myself. There no point in looking anywhere else

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Dr Johandi gave me lots of info. This is my second visit. Would highly recommend and I will def return.

This was my first time visiting Eden Clinic in Waterford and it was an excellent experience. I was extremely nervous, everything was explained in great detail and I was made feel very comfortable and completely at ease. The procedure itself was over very quickly and was very comfortable. Dr Johandi is fantastic to deal with and would highly recommend her and her team.

After being away in London for 7 years it took while a while to find someone new for Botox.

Had a consultation with Dr Meabh today and she was very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting a lip flip and it was quick and minimal pain. The receptionist (didn’t get her name) was also very friendly. Great experience all around

Got 2 area anti wrinkle injections today, barely felt a thing, was over before I knew it and didn’t even bleed. Such a good experience, will definitely be back again!

I received lip filler today (14th January) with Dr Johandi. It was a great experience, the doctor was extremely pleasant and put me at ease. I explained exactly what I hoped to achieve and Dr Johandi did just that. The numbing cream applied 10 minutes before the appointment was great as I barley felt anything. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back for top ups.

Another great visit to Eden! I got my top up AWI in two areas. Love the friendly service, and always make me feel at ease. Would highly recommend Eden to everyone!

I have been to eded medical on a few occasions now and I wouldnt choose any other service provider. Always get fantastic results and the doctors and receptionist are wonderful people to encounter.
