I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Educational Perspectives.

After paying the application fee, communication became very slow. It took over a month before I was informed that they were waiting for a response from my university. This information was only provided after I sent several follow-up emails.

Although my university responded to their verification request, it still took additional weeks to receive my evaluation report. When the evaluation was finally issued, it contained errors that required correction.

The customer service experience was very frustrating. Communication was prompt before payment, but significantly declined afterward.

Based on my experience, I encourage others to carefully consider timelines and communication expectations when choosing a credential evaluation service. I do not recommend education perspective for your evaluation. It’s scam like a scam

My evaluation has still not been delivered as of 01/29/2026. I submitted it on December of 2025. They did not seem to care that I was about to start school, and every time I asked for an update, they only sent the same automatic response. They also have a very strict no‑refund policy, yet offer zero commitment regarding how long the process will take. Very disappointing experience.

Would not recommend the service. They mistranslated my documents, so no evaluation is being done on my documents. Sent several email for follow up until they decided to reply. Then took them a long time to evaluate after finding my documents and when I called they were mentioning that it was not their problem and out of their hands as their evaluators are very busy!!

I should have read previous reviews. This place is a waste of money and time. If I could give ZERO STARTS, I would. Poor communication, no replies. I have submitted my application on April 20, 2023 and my evaluation is not complete (it is June 21, 2023 today). It has been a week since I have sent A complaint letter and still no reply to my email. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME and USE OTHER EVALUATION SERVICES

Shocked: No service, No money return after it = "Great formula" of doing Business on student bones, loans and last money!
We lost my previous time! They lost our documents. We lost everything.
Wish them all the worst for everything they doing. Karma will follow all workers there.
All these pathetic answers in return, even here.

Associations in this Evaluation Business as WES.ORG must to know about them and take their license off!

Don`t try with them. NOT RECOMMEND. Just
read some google feedback - people are awaiting their evaluation for 2
years...... feedback from people say this firm are scammers. Sorry to read this after hiring them for assistance.
I hope my feedback will be in the first rows in Google to get people
alarmed! I have been waiting after 55 days of promises.

Awful service - don't use them! Will take money, no refund policy and not keeping to their part of the contract - delay, delay, delay.
Any service is slow, with bad management. They seem to be nice and helpful, promising a lot
- then surprise after they took my money - not so much.
Guys - you will lose your money and not get a refund. from one customer who you fool in.
The Golden Rule, remember it - thanks Google for letting me say it loud and clear!

I hope new students will avoid this firm. My wish is that you go out of business as soon as possible - you deserve it.
