Company has difficulty in responding to inquiries . Completed CE course in real estate agent. Certificate had incomplete name, numerous calls still did not correct mistake online. Need to establish real-estate board notified of completion. Wish to make sure no further contact is needed.

By far the easiest and fastest experience I’ve had with CE credits. Mine renewed in December and every year that I have to do this has been extremely stressful due to AEP. I am so grateful this year has been less stressful. Thank you!

Scam. They charge you per module (not for the entire course as advertised) once you sign up. No response on their phone or text.

I had so many issues with the app and the website. I only completed 1 lesson and gave up and bought the lessons from xsel solutions. Total waste of my money.

EducUp made the process of renewing my 215 license in Florida incredibly easy. From signing up to completing the courses, everything was user-friendly and well-organized. The issuance of the certificate and reporting to the Department was impressively fast and smooth — I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I really appreciated how efficient and clear the entire process was. I’ll definitely be coming back to renew again with EducUp in 2027!

Con Educup realmente he aprendido
Creo que EducUp realmente ofrece un valor educativo y práctico significativo. La aplicación brinda cursos de inglés, matemáticas e incluso licencias válidas para ejercer diversos oficios en Florida. Personalmente, he estado utilizando la plataforma para tomar los cursos de inglés con el profesor Pacho Ochoa, a quien he seguido durante varios años en YouTube. Me pareció increíble la oportunidad de estudiar a través de la app con un plan bien estructurado y el soporte que proporciona EducUp. Sin duda, para mí es un 10/10.

Trabajamos constantemente para ofrecer un contenido de calidad y un soporte integral, por lo que tus palabras nos motivan aún más 🚀
App is cute, content is lacking
The concept has promise. The app is visually appealing and the gamified experience is fun. But the content leaves much to be desired. SO many of the quiz questions have incorrect answers. The content that does happen to be correct is so surface level I’m not really learning much. There’s a lesson titled “case studies” and instead of reading actual case studies, it’s a lesson about how case studies can be valuable - and that’s it. Some of the content isn’t even relevant to the course - I took a course about NFIP flood policies and there was an entire section about underwriting loans and another about private health insurance options. It feels like a human being with actual experience in the field didn’t even proofread this course, let alone write it. As long as I get my CE credits reported, I’m ultimately happy, but what a waste of possible learning time.
