Amazing tour director, well planned, amazing driver, and great overall experience.

EF goes above and beyond in customer service. They are attentive to every detail of our trips and after doing several trips with them, I am so impressed with everything booked on trip. From accommodations to tour directors to local guides, the quality of EF tours is excellent

The tour guide was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, theatre geek who brought yummy snacks. Would definitely do it again.

My son had the opportunity to go to France and Spain on EF Tours Canada and had a wonderful time. It seemed very well organized and they had no issues during their time there.

Updates and regular emails from EF Tours regarding documentation required etc was very timely and thorough. Would recommend to other parents to have their child have the opportunity to travel and explore other countries for culture and history.

Our son had a fantastic experience exploring from Paris to Madrid. A great balance of organized adventures and free time to explore. The accommodations were perfect, the tour guides knowledgeable and helpful, and the activities were of interest to teenagers and a blend of sights, history, culture and fun. It was 40 years ago that I did my EF Tour (England, Scotland, Wales) and I'm so happy that our son had as great an experience as I did and hopefully his memories will last a lifetime as well. My 15 yr old Son just got back from France and Spain and had the best time. He loved the guide and bus driver, saying, “I’m really going to miss them”. I don’t think it could have been better, thank you!

This was a wonderful first time expreince doind a trip with EF Tours. It was very well organized, and the students and teachers had a wonderful time. Lots of learning opportunities and fun activities.

The feedback I received from my son was that he did not look forward to evening meals as the quantity of food was simply not enough. Even when he asked for more food, he was told that it would be all he would get. He described an evening when he only got one slice of pizza for his meal. I don’t see how a 16-year-old can operate on a slice of pizza and some salad after walking up to 11 hours a day. This is unacceptable and torturous. Travelling in Europe should be a glorious food experience at every sitting. I am shocked that my child was not fed enough food when the food was included in the price on a daily basis when the food was included in the price of the experience. For the cost of this trip, I would have expected him to be ranting about the food experiences. That was one of the expectations I had given him before he left on his flight. I expressed that he would be overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the food. During this trip whenever he had to pay for food, he was more than satisfied with the flavours quantities and prices. If this was an error on the part of EF tours, I would expect to be partially reimbursed for this short fall. My daughter has expressed an interest in doing the same trip in three years from now. I would like to be reassured that this would not happen again.

Tour guide was extraordinary. He interacted with the students and provided our group with extras (ex: he created a fun scavenger hunt for our group as a way to interact with locals). He also was able to switch a tour within a few hours, which our group really appreciated (Titanic museum was a big draw for many of our students as it hits close to home for us).

Bus driver was top notch. He also interacted with all of us, say with us and students for meals, genuinely cared about our visit, and was an excellent driver.

Tours were well planned and organized. There was perhaps one too many historical tours; students were getting bored. Hard to adjust that as every group would be different. Overall it was a fantastic balance of scheduled events and free time; we weren't completely exhausted each night.

Hotels were great with great locations. We liked that we didn't move hotels every night and used it as a base point for our day trips. That decreases chances of leaving things behind, being late, etc.

Food sensitivities/allergies were taken care of the entire time, including our flights. That was a huge relief for one of our travellers.

As a first time chaperone, this trip set the bar extremely high!

I was really looking forward to this trip, but it was the worst experience. Our tour guide decided to only go on tours of museums and walking tours. This may seem normal but that was all we did. He skipped most of our excursions and activities just to visit 2 museums per day. One of the hotels we stayed at had bed bugs and we told our tour guide and he got mad and said we will be fine.

The food was incredibly disappointing. For the amount of money that was paid, the quality was extremely poor and not at all in keeping with the culture of the country. Serving young people hamburgers that are dry and poor in quality while in Greece and Italy is not at all what I was expecting. Shocking lack of understanding that food is part of the culture and understanding of the history of the people in the country. For an educational tour company, I expected more.

2nd time having the pleasure of using EF Tours for my children they made affordable for this single parent great opportunity for both of my kids to learn and experience other cultures eye opening for them thank you for providing a safe exciting opportunity for the kids

We had a great tour of Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. Our guide Tyler was amazing. He was flexible with the schedule, was personable and meshed with the chaperones and kids very well. The schedule was kept very busy which is great. We toured so much in a short amount of time.
