My son went on a school trip which was hosted by EF Tours and everything from communication, safety on the trip, payments, information and customer service was incredible. Highly recommend other schools use this service

Emily is a great partner. She listened to all our suggestions when organizing our upcoming Tour and we built a great Trip. Also, our initial Parent Meeting was fantastic! Emily was prepared and professional. All our Parents were pleased. I look forward to continuing our relationship with EF.

Alex was amazing! Without him, the tour wouldn't be what it was. He had an excellent rapport with the travelers and chaperones, had excellent knowledge about everything and put everyone in a great mood. When we missed our connecting flight, he was invaluable to our problem-solving and truly made lemonade out of lemons, ensuring the kids had a great time! (He was off the clock, but made sure the kids enjoyed their bonus day in Toronto and off the cuff, was able to teach them so much about the city!)

As a chaperone, I appreciated his organization and forethought, as well as his adaptability. He made sure each kid was smiling and took great care of our amazing drivers, Ludger in Quebec and Paul in Toronto!

Ludger was also a God-Send! He was simply amazing and so knowledgeable and fun. I enjoyed his commentary and speaking with him in French.

The activities were a great range and all of them were super engaging for the students.

We appreciated the security at the hotel so we chaperones could have peace-of-mind and it was great students had time on their own here and there and the hotels were great with the included breakfast. It was unfortunate the pool was outdoors and not ready and that Cirque de Soleil wasn't running during our trip, but the replacement activities were fun.

The first day flying early and going non-stop until dark before checking into the hotel was crazy exhausting, but it is always tough to figure out flights from North-western Ontario. (We had to be at the airport at 3:45am and then didn't get to the hotel until 9:00pm.)

We were disappointed with the cancellation of a few of the items we were looking forward to. Seems the tour guide took a long time and the kids only ended up Toronto in the evening as opposed to all day as originally planned then they did nothing the rest of that day. It’s disappointing to spend so much money on an experience for your kids and have it come up short.

Our group had a fantastic time visiting and exploring Montreal and Quebec City! As a group leader, I appreciated the level of communication not only during the planning phase of the trip, but while we were on the trip as well. The needs and interests of our students were always taken into consideration to ensure a successful and engaging trip for all.

My son had the most memorable trip to Montreal and Quebec City. The tour guide and bus driver were a highlight of the tour.

but honestly the trip
was just ok of not a big poor see below

the food was absolutely horrible often at times unedible and left hungry or resorting to eat bread both the dinners and breakfasts were really bad with the exception of last hotel one hotel had cold water
the hotels were way too far from the city for example in lisbon the hotel was one hour away from city sites
it’s more preferable to do the city sights come back to hotel shower up rest before dinner or enjoy the pool but given the hotels were far from excursions it could not be done
also the itinerary was boring at times
i understand going to lisbon and seville and but honestly cordoba and grenada and the farm were super boring
the last place was nice with the beach but really no history and this was the only nice hotel
and meal
instead the trip
should have included madrid and barcelona especially barcelona would have been way better and given a better flavour of spain and the algarve would be better in portugal
personally trip not recommended at all disappointed to say the least and it was way overpriced

Poor flight time, kids took a redeye flight on a domestic trip and then proceeded to have a full day upon arriving. Also, flew into Montreal then took a bus ride to Quebec city when there are direct flights from our city to the destination city.
Some of the restaurants chosen had poor quality food and small portions.

Everything was great with exception of assigned seating on the plane. Perhaps this has nothing to do with EF tours but may daughter ended up sitting between a male teacher and another male student. With 24 students (16) girls and 8 males this was very disheartening for her. She contacted me when she arrived at the destination and said it was the worse flight she’d ever been on. Surely more could have been done to avoid seating arrangements based on last name.

This was such a simple process from beginning to end! This is our family's second experience with EF Tours, and we are very pleased with the entire program! Thank you!!

Amazing tour guide. Had lots of fun and so many opportunities to do things!

Domenico was a fantastic tour guide who made my child feel seen. We love Domenico!

The accommodations in Quebec City were less than desirable. My child said they never had room cleaning the entire duration of their stay and their room was dirty. Also I heard lots of complaints about meals that were planned. These are teenagers - they are picky. The final issue was the tour guide they had. The kids all said she was nice but barely spoke French…. She was touring French immersion students, so a fluent guide would have been helpful.

Good attitude from the tour guide, and all people who helped out with the trip. It was overall an amazing experience because of the locations we went to, and the amount of detail they had about the locations.

My daughter went on a tour in Europe. Unfortunately, there was an incident and I had to pick her up. I had to fly to Rome for an emergency trip, the girls in Emergency Team did an outstanding job helping me every step of the way to get to my daughter’s group. I wouldn’t be able to manage everything on my own without them. Lamia, Shannon and especially Marie are amazing in what they do. I will choose to travel with EF tour all over again for our family and friends trip in the near future. Despite the unfortunate event that happened to my daughter during the tour, her overall experience and my 1 day in Rome gave us a peaceful and safe travel. Thank you EF Tours, keep up the great job!

Fantastic cities with amusing activities and fascinating history tours that make these destinations a must for Canadian students to visit! You’ll be reminded of what it looked like 300 or so years ago. Beautiful and yet educational! Only with EF!
