The trip was a great experience for my daughter.

My daughter had the best time ever. The schedule, tour guides, activities were all amazing!!!!!

We had a wonderful tour! Hotels were great, food was good, our guides were outstanding!

The tour itinerary was well thought out. It allowed for lots of exploring through walking and learning activities with occasional stops where less physical demand was required.

The trip was amazing! It was a great combination of go, go, go, and, here’s a little free time. I really loved our tour guild Sachi and our bus driver Ricardo was a very good driver. I would have enjoyed a few more menu choices/salad substitutions at a few of the restaurants but we never had a bad meal. I also could have used some more time at a few of the stops but it was enough for the kids and the trip was for the kids. Thank you! Great job! Loved every minute!

J’ai tellement eu de problème à faire mes paiements toujours des messages automatique qui disais que le paiement n’était pas fait et surtout avec l’agente toujours la même qui on même pas l’air à savoir rien alors non merci plus Jamais . Bien contente que ce voyage sois passée .

Food was good, hôtels too. But they are so far from the cities to visit . We lost Time to visit them.

The itinerary was well-thought out. It was a nice balance of active activities followed by sedentary/resting activities. Most activities were exceptional with local guides and session animators being the highlight.

Dominic, our EF guide was flexible and accommodating by facilitating changes to our itinerary, like making a stop at a grocery store and rescheduling certain activities due to weather or a need for more time. He was relaxed, calm and easy-going which is appreciated when travelling with students.

I absolutely loved all 4 hotels. The Anne Frank House and Norte Dame was the highlight me. The whole week was amazing

The TD can make or break a tour and Kurt was great! Hotels were very nice and breakfasts were good. Would like to see more vegetables offered with dinner. Over all it was well organized! Activities were enjoyable.

My daughter recently went on the Villanova trip and enjoyed the stops. I will say that making a connection for young students as opposed to direct flights is very painful, especially considering the amount of money that we paid for this trip also having to stay so far out of the city centres they found they didn’t have much time and felt rushed at many of the stops. I realize staying out also makes it more budget friendly however it does lose free time for the students. I search for direct flights to Amsterdam through Delta Airlines going through Detroit and they were $600 Cdn and a return flight from London direct was $600 Cdn as well. Flying out of Detroit would save them significant cost to and from Toronto renting a bus. also, I know she mentioned that they had to eat duck one night and weren’t really given a choice because the tour guide only gave them one choice I believe in Paris, how many kids really enjoyed duck? It also took a few days to get used to the tour guide, as he wasn’t as friendly as that they expected. I would prefer this stay between us and not get reported back to the school as my daughter would be embarrassed. If you’d like to reach out to me directly feel free.

We had an outstanding Tour Director! Domenico was a wonderful, thoughtful and, and responsive connection while we were in Italy. Unfortunately, one of the hotels was beyond horrible. As the Principal of the school, I expect a hotel to at least be clean and courteous to guests. In the hotel outside Florence, many travellers, including myself, ended up with bed bugs! We were also limited by severe cost-cutting measures that limited air-flow in hotel rooms, and breakfast foods each morning.

The Tour Director was amazing! He engaged the students, he was very knowledgable and added humour to the trip. The students had a blast!

Our tour guide Warwick was phenomenal from the very beginning. He met us at the airport ready to roll and made the transition from airport to bus so smooth and stress free. He arranged all of our days so that we could get the most out of the weather, timing, and operational hours of various locations. Working in tandem with our talented driver Justin, they made sure we took the best route and kept us all comfortable. Warwick communicated clearly and interacted positively with our students. Justin was patient and helpful when students needed to access suitcases or forgot items on the bus. We have been on other EF tours but this one was the most efficient, relaxed, and enjoyable!

My son had a fantastic time. This was his 2nd school trip with EF Tours. Everything was perfect, from the flights, to the hotels, and everything in between.
Juan the tour guide was fun as well.

Le voyage était bien organisé. La guide était super positive, gentille et ouverte. L'autobus était propre et confortable. Notre conducteur était jovial et accommodant. Les activités étaient à l'heure prévue. Nous sommes restés dans 3 hôtels différents : deux Holiday Inn, excellents, mais à Québec, le Confort Inn du côté de Lévis, non recommandable (vieux et de mauvais goût ; les chambres dégageaient des odeurs de cigarettes). Les restaurants choisis accommodaient bien les grands groupes. Nos élèves en garderont de beaux souvenirs de même que nous les accompagnateurs!
