The order has taken too long than promised. It's over 12 hrs, and there is no correspondence even to reassure us a customer.

Of the last two videos I’ve ordered, I can’t download the first one (and I can’t get a hold of anyone in eight studio to let them know,) and the second I’ve been waiting on for over a week. I’m prepared to ask for a refund.

This is the third time I've ordered a package of Eighth Studio logo animations and I've never been disappointed. Ever. I use these as intros and outs of all my band's videos as well as stingers for openings and advertising Instagram videos. Highly recommend.

Great service for video making however the level of customer service is terrible. I had the owner of the company call me one time to encourage me to subscribe. I have been chasing a video made last year for over a week now due to problems with downloading, ive messaged time and time again, they do not respond within 24 hours as suggested. Real shame cos other than this its a great service.

I discovered Eighth Studio from a friend that has a video done few months ago. I sent the info and they worked at the speed of light for the first draft and same for the final video !!! Fantastic experience and want to use them for a longer video for one of our charity projects !

I love Eighth Studio and their work they do. I uploaded a logo and got 50 awesome animations for dirt cheap and use many over and over. I ended up getting them to make me a logo as I wanted another 1 then got 50 more animations. Joining their monthly club is so great I can make ads come to life or logos with crazy animations, the club is awesome in changing up ads keeping a variety of eye candy for the potential client while looking professional.
