This replacement bed is terrible and…

This replacement bed is terrible and the elevation doesn’t work and it won’t keep a WiFi signal with our phone. I wish we had t switched from the old one.

Contemplating returning it and customer service is only open 9-5 which doesn’t help me at all.

Thanks to 8 Sleep

Thanks to 8 Sleep, I am getting deeper sleep with minimal interruptions. I am post menopausal and nights used to be horrendous for me as the night sweats were steadily disrupting my sleep. My body temperature is now properly managed with 8 Sleep! I love my bed and look forward to bedtime now all the time. THANK YOU!

Who do they think they are charging £17…

Who do they think they are charging £17 per month to give you stats and to control your bed. The equipment is expensive enough that this should be free or I could understand it if it was £5 per month to cover development costs. This is probably what stops people buying it.

There was a small adjustment

There was a small adjustment to sleeping with Eight Sleep. Now I look forward to getting into bed at night. My side of the bed is cozy while his is cool. My husband sleeps better so now I sleep better too as he is less restless.

I had high expectations for my Eight…

I had high expectations for my Eight Sleep, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The system worked well for exactly three days. After that, it stopped functioning entirely.
Since then, I’ve been waiting over two weeks for customer support to resolve the issue, with no meaningful progress. For a product at this price point, both the reliability and the level of support fall far below what I would expect.
At the moment, I’m left with an expensive device that doesn’t work and no clear timeline for a fix or replacement. Unless support improves significantly, I can’t recommend this product.

We setup Eight Sleep and it worked for about 20 hours, and then never successfully functioned again. We spent hours an hours troubleshooting, finding Google far more helpful than the very scant and occasional brief suggestions from Eight Sleep help. The lack of trouble shooting support was very frustrating. After a week plus of trying everything, adjusting our router etc etc we retuned the product. We have since purchased a competitors product. We set up it up quickly and it has worked with no issue for weeks, using the same internet setup that we could never get eight sleep to connect/stay connected to.

Not working.

I barely got my 8 sleep less than 2 months ago and it’s not cooling. I reached out to the POCs - the Fragile team, and after some discussion, they said go straight to 8 sleep.

This process is more complex than expected. Pretty bummed. I really wanted this to work.

Amazing product but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER…

Amazing product but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed to replace my POD3 cover after 3 years, purchased a new cover and it's faulty. I've been working with customer service for over 3 weeks to get a result with nothing. They never respond to emails, if they do it's at midnight, customer service is unable to ever contact supervisors or managers and when you are finally able to speak with a manager, they lie.

When operational

When operational , the product is great .. but has the fatal flaw of having to use my phone ( and only my phone ) to operate it ?? Poor concept !!!

Great Product when it works but poor durability

This is a great product when it works but if the cover fails a month outside of the standard 2 year warranty they will charge you £850 to replace it. The sensors on our cover stopped working. For a premium product such as this a lifespan of just over two years is poor so a warning to all considering buying this product.

The Eight Sleep Pod leaves me feeling…

The Eight Sleep Pod leaves me feeling pretty neutral. While the temperature control is a nice feature, the base model is already quite expensive. On top of that, the add-ons, like the blanket, can cost thousands more, which really adds up. I also found that when cooling your side, the hub heats up a lot and ends up making the room hot, which is frustrating. Plus, the hub is bulky, so it’s not ideal for smaller spaces. All in all, I’m not sure if I’ll keep it. It’s okay, but the overall value doesn’t feel justified for me.

We are on our second eight sleep

We are on our second eight sleep. The first lasted just long enough to be out of warranty. The second worked for a short amount of time, then stopped working no matter what we did. We absolutely loved our 8sleeps when they worked, but are very disappointed in the quality of the product given amount of money we’ve spent.

Been a 8Sleep user since the pod 2

Been a 8Sleep user since the pod 2. We had a defective tube and Eight Sleep not only took care of replacing the entire mattress and everything had their cost, but made sure that the floor that was affected by the faulty tubing was repaired at their expense. Good customer service and taking care of your customers makes for a long term customer plus the product is amazing.
