Ekotex Yoga Ltd Opiniões

Zero stars would be more accurate.
I placed anorder for 14 pairs of cork bricks and 13 eye pillows on 24th September, after a week I received a delivery with just cork bricks - all 13 eye pillows were missing. I've emailed this company on the same day and then again after few days. Zero reply. Sent them a direct message through the contact form a week after - also ignored. I understand that mistakes happen, but this lack of customer service is unacceptable. I've notified PayPal today, so hopefully I'll get the refund for all the 13 eye pillows missing with their assistance. But rest assured, that was the only time I ever used Ekotex's service. Very disappointed!

Top quality yoga and meditation kit at very reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent and delivery was super fast. I've ordered 3 times now and cannot fault the products and service. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Excellent mat….thank you for the speedy delivery. The ecoYoga jute mat is excellent. Thank you

Beautiful and eco-friendly products with a wonderful online shopping experience. Speedy delivery and great communication throughout. So fantastic to be able to support a family-run UK-based company. Will definitely buy from them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Absolutely delighted with my zafu meditation cushion. The quality is exceptional and it arrived within two days. I highly recommend Ekotex and will definitely be using them again.

Friendly service, rapid shipping and most importantly a fantastic yoga mat

My beautiful spelt filled bolster is perfect! I appreciate its eco friendly and sustainability qualities. It arrived quickly in strong, recyclable packaging.

Everything was just really nice from the website to the ordering and to the product quality! It’s nice to know Ekotex is doing everything as local as possible and I always prefer supporting UK business! I couldn’t recommend Ekotex Yoga more!

I absolutely love supporting local businesses and I love the bolsters, straps, meditation cushions and mats I have bought I've the past year. I would buy from Ekotex even if they weren't local though, the quality and service is that good!

Super happy with my order, arrived within a couple of days and the quality of the items is amazing and at a hreat price. They are so so comfy! I bought the mat and cushion as a gift but I think I’ll be placing another order for myself 😊
