I ordered item from them and paid two months ago, and no delivery. They never sent me confirmation, and no product but they did take my money.
Totally bogus Company, a fraud!

I ordered a suitcase and as per the track it is delivered. But it is not received by me. There's no response from their customer care. All fraud happened to me.

I ordered a piece of luggage May 6th. I tracked the package and was told the item had been delivered. They even showed an aerial photo of my neighbourhood. Nothing was received and there has been no response from them and I have inquired numerous times. This is fraud.

SCAM. Same thing as others. Suitcase not delivered.

You guys are fraudsters. I ordered a multi functional luggage suitcase and the package was never delivered over a month ago. The order no.1846 on 12.03. 2024. I reached out and the company said the package was delivered. I asked them to send me the cell phone no. of the person who delivered the package and they were unable to do that. I checked out the
reviews of other customers and the reviews are similar. The customers are complaining about the same issue where the package was never delivered yet your company insists that it did. I have used the same address to get goods from China without fail. I asked your company why their agents never called me yet I put my cell phone number. Now they are suggesting a 10% refund an amount that am in absolute contestation. Deal with this scamers at your own peril.

BIG SCAM
I ordered a travel suitcase almost 3 months ago and although they confirmed the order, no delivery whatsoever and no response to my many mails. Of course they took the money.

SCAM!!. Orderd an item two months ago. Confirmed order but no further follow up till to date.
