I'm trying to play the games and collect my points but the EP page is going back and forth to sign up like there's something wrong with the page it prevents me from playing for 2 days now I'm not very happy about this at all

Alleine hier 708 Bewertungen und davon nur 24 Verifiziert?! Dies alleine zeigt dass ekstrapoint einfach eine Seite ist, die mit Casinos zusammenarbeitet um ihr Geld zu verdienen. Wenn man genauer hinsieht sind alle Casinos gleich aufgebaut.
Seine Punkte bekommt man nur bei bestimmten Casinos (wenn überhaupt) eingelöst! Wieso Casinos und nicht z.B. Guthabenkarten oder ähnliches? Genau um die Sucht zu steigern!
Man bekommt am Tag mehrere 50USDX als Guthaben damit machen diese Süchtig nach mehr und man spielt dann in einem
Casino.
Kundenservice Katastrophe!!
Aber nun zum besten. Sie locken mit Turnieren in denen man echtes Geld gewinnen kann ABER dies ist unmöglich, da es fake Profile sind die hier die große Kohle absahnen ich habe dies alles mit Beweisen recherchiert.
Unglaublich das hier nichts gegen diese Seite unternommen wird und diese sogar mit der Trustpilot Bewertung wirbt!!
Also Leute Finger weg und wenn man unbedingt spielen möchte gibt es genug kostenfreie Apps!

To clarify a bit more regarding the points that are rewarded to our users. You can earn EkstraPoints by doing different activities on the site, like playing the free-to-play competitions, through different achievements we have, playing at numerous casinos you can find on our site etc. You can use these points in our EP Shop on bonus packages from our Gold Partners, which are the "certain casinos" you refer to. They are the ones that are actually giving you the possibility to play with this money that you have purchased with only EkstraPoints you have earned, meaning you do not pay actually money to get these bonus packages.
Regarding the credits you have mentioned, you are talking about credits that you can play with on our FREE-TO-PLAY competitions. These competitions do not require for you to deposit any money, they are completely free to play and as we explained, you can earn points by playing, and later use them in the shop.
When it comes to the number of verified Trustpilot reviews you have mentioned. Here is a short explanation how a review gets verified.
The largest number of users who are leaving the reviews, leave them directly on the Trustpilot site, without us using automated invitation tools through Trustpilot to invite them to leave a review (this would verify a review). And it is not asked from them to provide any documentation showing their service experience (this would verify a review). For example, this would happen in a case where, we would flag a review because we don’t believe the user writing it has had a genuine experience. But we are choosing not to do this and instead we reply to all reviews in a very transparent manner, providing answers to questions, issues and concerns.
In terms of your experience with the Customer Support, can you provide us a bit more details on what was the issue there so we can work on improving this experience for you?
Have in mind that choosing to play on our site is a free will. You can play the free competitions just for fun if you choose to play in the first place, you are not forced in any way to use the points if you don't find this as something you would enjoy doing. I have to let people know that ekstrapoints is an amazing site especially if you like to compete in games & like free money.
