Ich bin eins ehr fleissiger Extrapointspieler und kann schon wieder fast 100,00 EUR einlösen. Ein Problem tritt aber auf, ich wollte jetzt vor 4 Tagen im Jacky Jackpot einlösen, habe da ein Konto, aber Extrapoint hat nach 4 Tagen den Punktebetrag wieder gut geschrieben und nicht nach Jacky Jackpot überwiesen, mit der Begründung : Das Casino ist mit Extrapoint durch mich nicht verbunden?! Also muss ich wieder erneut es versuchen, denke aber das Klappt wieder nicht! wenn extrapoint im shop dieses casino anbietet, dann sollte das auch reibungslos klappen und nicht eine eine Anweisung, wie ein Casino verbunden werden soll, wenn ich es aber als Kunde bereits bespiele ?
