Placed an order and although my card was charged did not receive any confirmation emails or reply to my phone calls. Initially thought it must be a scam but then after 3 weeks my order showed up. The quality of the order was not as pictured on the website despite spending $400 on wall lights. Requested a refund via email and after another 2 follow up emails have heard nothing. Will need to lodge complaint with bank to see if that helps. Terrible service and product am so disappointed I didn’t trust my gut and purchased from this site.

I recently purchased some bed sheets from Elara Haus. I was not sent an order confirmation & had not received any update on shipping for over a week. After contacting customer service they responded letting me know they had not received my order or payment?? After responding with evidence twice & countless unanswered phone calls I have not heard back. Please do not order from this site!!! ):

Purchased some lights for our new office. They came in a couple of weeks and look great. :)

Negative reviews seem to be true. Ordered a product and have not received it. Emailed Customer Service and no response. Will be lodging a complaint about this business if I don't hear anything.

I recently purchased couch throws and, just after placing my order, looked more deeply into this company, checking reviews and looking up the address listed on their website via Google Maps. This is not an Australian company, as claimed on the website. The order confirmation came from the USA, the payment via Hong Kong, and the address listed in Wollongong is a rundown little house. On the upside, I did receive the goods (from China) promptly but they are not the quality I would have expected, even at the sale price. Lesson learned and thankfully it wasn’t too costly.

I would never recommend this unethical company. They will not get back to me about a delivery querie. It has been over 2 weeks and it has not even been sent from the supplier.
Can some one recommend what i do now.
So buyer beware. I have read the positve feedback and wish they applied to me.

The reply from them suggests i contact customer care team of which there is no contact. They are just fobbing me off.
I have been trying for weeks now with no luck and i don't know what to do.

Finally asked for refund. Which hasn’t been received as yet

I have been chasing the lights I purchased for 3 weeks . They have a mobile number you can call but they never answer . They did eventually email but could not advised delivery time or give an ETA you just have to wait . Very poor communication I had to get someone to help me connect and also email until we finally got a response . I’m still waiting haven’t received my lights . Chasing daily no response . Would not recommend especially if you need in a hurry forget buying from Elara Haus very unprofessional and unhelpful to say the very least !!!

So I’m just here writing this review after Elara Haus team reached out to me via email and I would just like to give my thoughts and feedback here - Id like to start out by saying don’t take anything I write here out of context as the overall experience was excellent but just my overall genuine feedback to make an excellent experience even more extraordinary as I know the owners would appreciate that as they do genuinely seek to improve in any areas that they can.

So for a bit of a background I used Elara Haus in refurbishing the lighting and design for my personal training studio space and in total I purchased 8 items for around 2.8k. Other places quoted me around the region of 5k for similar items so definitely no complaints here by me a big + for Elara Haus.

Then the items arrived and were unboxed, quality and feel to the items were again very solid and well made , just what I was hoping for so another + here. A minor drawback however was that one of the items was missing an installation manual but after reaching out to customer service they provided me with the PDF versions so all was good and another + for helpful customer service.

The range of products that they had is definitely more targeted towards a home environment so for my setup being a personal training studio was a little more limited. A slight drawback here on product range but I mean they don’t market themselves as a commercial retailer so it’s understandable.

What really impressed me though was after speaking with the owner and explaining what I was hoping to achieve and that the product range didn’t fully meet my ideas - they personally assisted me in sourcing products that aligned with my intentions something that I didn’t expect at all and greatly appreciated.

So overall a great experience and I will be using them again for my home design which they more specialise in and hope my feedback was helpful to the owners and thanks once again.

Look , im not typically the type of person to write reviews as also being a business owner I am someone who is quite busy with daily life but in saying that from a business owners perspective I understand how important online reviews can be especially for an online store and when Elara reach out to me to leave a review , I had to give recognition where recognition is due.

I done my long investigative research before investing with Elara and I must say that all of their glowing reviews on the internet is well and truely deserved. After going through 4 other online lighting retailers , months of headaches, tears and stress. Elara made everything so seamless. Their easy to navigate website, customer service and well crafted products is something that I could not even come close to matching at these other stores. My life would have been so much easier had I have just gone with them from the get go.

They even helped me go find an appropriate electrician with the best prices in my area to do the installations. This is what I would call above and beyond service something that truely lacks in this day and age.

So refreshing to use an online merchant who actually cares for their customers and I wish the owners and their lovely staff all the best on their journeys speak to you guys again soon and can’t wait to shop again. Cheers - Craig

We’re currently in the middle of renovating our house and lighting was one of those things I don’t realise would be so expensive until we started looking around. Went into to some of the local showrooms around on my area and honestly couldn’t justify paying some of the prices that they were asking.

Came across elara luckily online and decided to give them a go after comparing so many options. What stood out was their design - a lot of their pieces look like the same style you’d see in the higher end stores but at a much more reasonable price.

I did have a few questions before ordering and ended up speaking with hack who was really helpful in explaining the differences between the option I was looking at. Didn’t feel like I was being rushed or pressured into buying which I appreciated.

When everything arrived I was genuinely impressed. The finish, weight and overall cell of the product was precisely what I was going after. In e installed, it completely changed the look of the space and gave it a much more polish, high end feel.

Shipping took longer than buying locally but we planned ahead so it didn’t impact us too much. Considering the amount we saved it was 100% worth it. Will be using them again for the rest of our house

SCAM site. Elara Haus do not return calls or respond to emails. 3 weeks and goods have not been despatched. No response to cancelling order either. SCAM site.

So I was really sitting on the fence for a while before ordering from Elara Haus as I was doing quite an expensive home refurbish across my entire home and naturally was rather hesitant before making such a sizeable investment online.

I must say though… WOWWW… my home looks SO much better now and To be honest I can’t thank the Elara team more. My only wish is that I had done this sooner

I done my through research on the store and all the other positive experiences that you find with Elara was competely justified. I don’t think I’ve ever seen another online store with such glowing reviews but truely their quality of products and amazing experience completely explains all of this.

I’ve been recommending them to all my friends and family for the past 3 weeks - I think they are starting to get bored of me going on about it 😂

These guys are definitely a hidden gem. We be bought from a few online stores (lighting ones in particular) and I have to say this has been by far the best experience.

The product quality absolutely is of some of the highest standard I’ve seen and looks even better in my home than it does on the pictures which is something quite remarkable as this is almost never the case when buying online.

Communication was too notch too - like a few of the other reviews on here the only thing I could possibly fault them too after a deep and meaningful thinking session was the perhaps longer than would be ideal delivery time. But honestly as long as you are aware of that - the service, quality and value you get along side it more than makes up for.

Hats off to you Elara Haus 🎩. A job very well done.

Would give 100 stars if I could…Jack from Elara haus was so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to sort out my home - you can really tell these guys care about their customers and are experts in their field. The products speak for themselves - quality at an affordable price unmatched at any other retailer on the planet. So glad I ditched the major commercial retailers who try to gouge every last cent out of you and went to a brand that actually has consideration for customers in mind. Can’t wait till they release more new products like Jack told me they are working on.

After a bad experience shopping at another store (beacon lighting)…Elara Haus came to save me by offering the best quality products at the lowest prices. I give 4 stars instead of 5 as to be critical the only downside was the slightly long shipping time (understandable for the types of products that they offer but I am just being really critical instead of giving the 5 stars - cause if you buy from a local storefront you can walk in and get the items immediately but you’ll find for that convenience you will be paying 4 or even 5 times as much)

Use these guys on contract with my business and they give me the best prices and quality. If you run a business I would suggest getting in contact with them as their trade discount pricing is the best I’ve ever seen in the industry

Fully kitted out my home with their lights on my new build and the value for money and quality was superb

Made a mistake on my order and Jess’s from support was so helpful and lovely helped fixed the mistake very quickly - I received the product and am as happy as can be

DO NOT BUY! We spent quite a lot of money on lights that looked great on the website, and arrived looking entirely different. The returns process is awful and the seller tries to avoid refunding you for faulty items and misleading marketing. This is not an australian store & shipping takes and EXTREMELY long time. We were very disappointed.
