Ordered March 27th with an estimated delivery April 3rd. It is now April 16th and my event is over. Delivery is now estimated for the end of this month. I emailed multiple times asking them to cancel the order. This went on for over a week. They kept asking me to reconsider. I kept saying please do not email me again and refund my money. A week later after emailing every single day they tell me they can no longer cancel the order because it shipped. The absolute worst customer service. I will never order here again.!!!!

I have purchased twice from this company to buy light fittings under their trade account, and displaying them in one of Australia's largest home builder display homes. To say the customer service has been terrible would be understatement. Completely ghosted when contacting for replacements of faulty stock or general customer service correspondence. Once they have your sale, your not important to them anyone. Will not buy from them again.

Nothing too much trouble and their response turn around on queries is beyond great 👍

Not only did it take a whole MONTH to get here after numerous emails, I was charged 133 dollars for ten PIECES of cutlery.. Just be aware if you are buying cutlery, it’s NOT a proper set, it’s 3 or 4 individual pieces!
So overpriced and confusing way to sell items..

Received a damaged product. Customer service was very responsive and sent a replacement promptly. Received today. No dramas.

Every item I purchase gives my home a more beautiful feel to it. It is quality, function home-wears, I especially love the candle holders! Such lovely colours and interesting shapes. The customer service is excellent and I can trust that what I buy from Elenorra will last.

Please please please read reviews on shipping and returns. Shipping to west Coast major city took - no joke - 6 weeks to get out of processing. I tried to cancel for a refund but could not. Only an exchange. That means once they have your money, unless you dispute with your credit card, you are stuck. I still have not received my item and in two weeks if i dont have it, will need to go with that route. I am giving them a two stars as the customer service does respond in approx 2 days and i knew this was a risky move ordering from them. If you are okay with those items - go for it

Love my light - it is exactly what I wanted. I had to wait for it. But perfect for my stairwell

My first order was what I expected, and I rated it high in quality and service.
My last order was for a bed throw which came from China, so it took a little longer than anticipated.
The quality was not as good as expected, I have to be honest, the colours were not as strong as the picture and the fabric was a little too course as a bed throw.
This is the risk you take with online orders, and I do not hold Elenora to account.
They have kindly suggested a part refund which is very good business, so I have altered the star rating.

This company feels like a scam.
I purchased 3 lamps, one arrived smashed, 1 wouldn’t turn on, one had a defective arm so you couldn’t adjust the height.
I contacted the company for a return and send videos & photos of the damage but they would not provide me with a return address and kept asking for more videos of the damage.
Furthermore the products were of terrible quality, they were cheaply made & not at all like the photos or descriptions

Update: after posting this review the company organised me a full refund.

The amazing team at Elenorra work on New Years Day!!! Purchased two of the tissue box holders which I had seen and fallen in love with in during a hotel stay and I needed this in my home. Elenorra has the easiest website to navigate; the first parcel arrived quicker than quick & perfectly packaged and no breakages to be seen anywhere.The second arrived came later and after reaching out in a panic heard back within hours during Xmas close out period with a reply. Parcel 2 arrived a day if not hours later.

I’ve ordered the Sora floor lamp and the Brooks photo frames and I couldn’t be happier with both.

The lamp looks amazing in our living room. I was nervous to order it because it was quite expensive but I was so happy when it arrived. It is beautiful and really high quality.

We used the frames as end of year teacher gifts to hold my son’s artworks and they turned out so cute.

I’m really impressed with this shop.

Be wary when purchasing bedding from this company. Their quilt covers and sheets do not fit Australian dimensions and also thin and poor quality (website says ‘high quality materials’…what a joke) . The measurements are on their ‘Australian’ website, so take note as I did not check these, assuming an Australian site to sell Australian sizes. The sheets arrived from China, so say no more…the sheets are Chinese sizing. I put the duvet cover on a few weeks later discovering the issue and then took them off…they were not used. When I contacted Elenorra they advised that the return window was too late and because I had opened the sheets I couldn’t return them due to hygiene reasons. It was abundantly clear that they couldn’t care less. So, be careful people…I’ve lost $159 and have no sheets to show for it.

I currently have good things to say regarding products and Customer Service. I ordered a sweater which looked ok but not worth the price I paid. I relayed to CS my concerns. They told me to pick another item free of charge and keep the sweater free as a gift. I was totally impressed. Soo lets see if I get my item I chose and I think I will. I was actually Shocked and pleased with their response.

I’m really happy with my experience with Elenorra. The product quality is really good and looks exactly as described. Delivery was quick, and my order arrived within a week, which was a pleasant surprise before Christmas!

Customer service was also great: responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Overall, a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

I would definitely buy again and happily recommend Elenorra to others.

I had to buy a new couch and it took forever to find what I wanted but finally I succeeded. Its a light colour so I set out to find a nice cover which also took forever. It arrived yesterday and I'm super happy with it. The quality and feel are great and its a generous size to cover the 3 seater couch perfectly. It matches my rugs. Couldn't have done better!
It did take a while to arrive but it was over the Christmas period. Totally worthwhile.

Unique selection of aesthetically exciting housewares. I love my thea wall hook! Customer service graciously refunded me on another item that did not end up working. I will certainly be visiting this site again :)

I ordered the Serenité pendant, the Sora floor lamp, and new downlights — and I couldn’t be happier. Everything arrived within 10 days and the quality is excellent. The products look even better in person. Great service and smooth delivery. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
