Elaris Sauna Blanket

Ease to use, sauna blanket heats up quick. I would recommend the blanket insert but have tried the blanket without the insert too following the instructions guidelines.
Customer service was great!
I would definitely recommend the Elaris Sauna Blanket.

I love companies that are small

I love companies that are small, innovative and carry only a few items they have really explored and do well.

I first bought the PEMF mat and when my wife wouldn’t share, bought a second one. We both spend the evenings on them, seated and appreciate the benefits of increased subtle vibrations that help us relax or rejuvenate according to the setting we have chosen and how we are feeling.

The service, answering questions, went well and so I took advantage of their sale and bought the sauna and three inserts. I have been using that daily for about five days and the sense of clarity and rejuvenation after a day at work is tangible.

It’s comfortable to lay inside of, though if you are well over six feet it may be too small. I can fit my arms through the slots at six feet and it’s a little snug.

The instrument panel is easy to use and as long as the zippers hold out, I am looking forward to many many more uses. I highly recommend the inserts to keep the inner bag clean from all the sweat and detox.

Support small companies who put their heart into their products.

All round happy customer

Was a bit worried initially as the parcel disappeared with Royal mail, but after excellent customer service and prompt response, I had a replacement sent, and the mat itself is great and enjoying the sessions. Still early days to gauge all 8 programs but so far so good :)

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I forget to use a new customer discount code and asked if it could be subtracted from my order after the fact. Customer service reached out immediately and stated they could refund me once I received my order. I just need to reach back out to them. I was pleased with the quick response and commitment to honor the discount.

Your company is deceitful.

Your company is deceitful.
SHIPPING RULES ARE ON THE CLICK 2 to 3 weeks is when you get a package when its says 3 to 5 days on the order. Then you get the full explanation of HOW it really works.
I received a box very damaged and you are not taking it back.

I have no confidence in this company and I will copy and paste these emails here so everyone can see how you are with customers.

They also don't answer the phone. I have been calling the number 917 508 5018 and no answer.

They are refusing to take back an item delivered in a busted box unless I do a dance, they want me to open the damaged box, video what is wrong with it when it's electronic equipment.

They are now ignoring me 100% - no communication at all.

They are difficult to return anything,
BUYER BEWARE!

Your order was placed on December 18 and shipped on December 19, which was within our normal processing timeframe. Tracking details were provided by email, and delivery timing after dispatch is handled by the courier.

For clarity, our estimated shipping timeframes are displayed on our product pages, in our shipping policy, and again at checkout so customers can review delivery expectations before placing an order. We always aim to be fully transparent about fulfilment and delivery timelines.

On December 30, you contacted us to report that the outer box appeared damaged. Our team replied the same day and confirmed that you could proceed with a return. We requested photos of the packaging so we could document the damage with the courier, which is a standard step in these situations.

We also asked whether you would be willing to check the item inside the box. This was optional and did not affect your eligibility to return the product. When you preferred not to open the package, we fully respected that decision.

A prepaid return label was issued at our expense, the item was successfully returned, and a full refund was processed. A dispute was also opened on your side during this process.

Throughout the case, our records show that our support team responded consistently to your messages. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

We’re sorry this situation felt frustrating and appreciate your feedback.

I purchased an infrared Elaris infrared…Return

I purchased an infrared Elaris infrared blanket and was excited to start using it. Unfortunately, upon completion of a medical exam and medical condition that arose didn't allow for the use of the blanket. Given this, I returned engaged customer service and they did a great job of walking me through the return process. Can't say enough positive things about this experience.

This mat has been a game changer for my…

This mat has been a game changer for my degenerative back pain - my 88 yr old mother - with the same- was hooked after one treatment!
So now I’m buying one for her too!
Sarah on customer service has been wonderful in her rapid and supportive advice on how to understand the controller

I rec the goods on time and well within time to wrap and put under the Christmas tree !
The packaging was very secure and the delivery guy was friendly and respectful .
I can’t give a review of the actual sauna blanket as it’s a gift for my daughter . I will review again once she’s used it a few times . But overall my experience with everything from buying to receiving has been great ! Excellent customer support when I checked on delivery . Carole O’Connor

Table top red light and Sauna Blanket

I ordered a table top red light and a sauna blanket and the service I received was absolutely amazing. While I should receive the blanket soon, the lamp is performing perfectly well and I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend +++

Customer Service is 5 star

I searched around for a good Red Light Therapy panel and Elaris came up as being one of the top 5. I got a great deal with Black Friday sale and my panel arrived in great condition. Its a heavy duty panel and sits well on a table or floor. I did have to contact customer service and I must say that Sarah is by far the best CSR that I have ever dealt with. She responds quickly and has kept me informed with my inquiries. I have only used it a few times so not much to report as of yet but I'm excited to implement a daily routine and see results.

The customer service of Elaris was…

The customer service of Elaris was impressive. I had an issue with a sauna blanket. I was immediately put through to someone that could help me. My issue was cleared up quickly. I received a sauna blanket that didn’t heat to my satisfaction. Sarah was my representative for Elaris. She asked a few questions, made sure that I understood how to operate the sauna blanket. When it was determined that my blanket was defective, Sarah sent me a new sauna blanket. It arrived quickly and, of course, worked perfectly. Sarah was a huge part of my very positive experience with Elaris. She was more than a 10 out of 10. She absolutely went the extra mile!

After seeing your feedback, we carefully scanned our customer database and were unable to locate any orders or customer records under the name Wade Greig, which is why we initially requested additional information from you via TrustPilot to investigate further.

The details you later provided (email address, phone number, and order number) still do not match any customer records in our system. While the order number referenced does exist, that order was placed under different customer details, contained two items only, and was successfully delivered on November 13th. The customer who received that delivery has never contacted us with any concerns regarding missing items.

We genuinely want to help resolve any issue where a customer hasn’t received part of their order. If you believe there has been an error or if the order was placed using different details, please contact us directly via the official support email listed on our website and include the order number and the email address used at checkout.
