After one session, I felt calmer. After a week, my sleep was deeper. After two weeks, I could feel the difference in my digestion, skin, and stress levels. I’d honestly forgotten what it felt like to just relax properly.

I have two young kids, a full-time job, and zero time for myself. This gave me a pocket of peace I didn’t know I needed. And I love that it takes no space and packs away easily.

Didn’t think I'd sweat that much!

I’ve used high end infrared saunas before and was sceptical about a blanket doing the same job, but this blew me away. Heats up fast, retains the heat, and gets me into a deep sweat within 20 minutes. I use it after workouts to ease DOMS and before bed to unwind. My skin looks noticeably better and I’m waking up clearer headed. You just feel lighter after using it. I genuinely wouldn’t go back to paying £30 a session at the local spa for a sauna and ice bath. This does the job from home, much better!
