My wife and I wished to locate and purchase a house in Dublin in 2018. As we were residing far from Dublin we knew we needed to secure the services of someone highly knowledgeable in the Irish real estate market, preferably someone used to dealing with non-resident purchases and property management. Eldron Property Consultants fit the bill perfectly!

Shane and Daniel provided us with valuable insight into neighborhoods, potential issues with older/listed homes, and the whole closing process. Over the three months of searching we knew we were in good hands, and Shane and/or Daniel personally visited and videotaped several potential properties for us. Once we settled on a house in Blackrock Shane's real estate prowess really came to the forefront, as his negotiation tactics netted us a sale well under asking and on terms favorable to us. Given the price charged by Eldron for their services I know we got a top quality service at a very affordable price.

But Eldron's role did not stop there. Once we closed I flew up to spend a couple days in the property and check it out more thoroughly for myself. Shane had the foresight to leave an inflatable mattress for me to us - I didn't even have to ask. He and Daniel organized a series of contractor appointments into my tight schedule in Dublin.

Having helped us buy a house, Eldron then worked as our property manager. Despite an initial estimate of roughly 3,500 euros/month in rent, Eldron got us 4,050/month on a one year lease (which is what we wanted). I know that Shane worked overtime to get us the max price, and also to make sure we had the proper insurance coverage for the property and rental. Shane even agreed to forego a few months of management fees in order to secure the type of tenancy we sought, and he negotiated the tenant pay for the annual insurance premiums. Really, it could not have been better for us financially. Shane did back-flips to make the tenancy happens under those terms.

Overall, considering the various phases of engagement with Eldron - house search, market advice, price negotiation, finding tenants, property management - I can only give this agency the highest possible marks for performance! I STRONGLY encourage anyone living outside Ireland to work with Eldron for their property needs. I want to personally thank Shane and Daniel for all their hard work.

I cannot recommend Eldrons service enough. They hold your hand from start to finish. I was a solo first time buyer struggling with bidding and my search for dream starter home in Dublin, searching for over a year before I came across Shane O Connors service. On top of that I am a busy professional who values her time off. Eldron took the hassle away completely and it did not finish when contracts were signed. Highly recommended to anyone buying a property in Dublin from overseas. Being based in Melbourne it would have been almost impossible to buy a property in Ireland. His skilled negotiation played out exactly as expected, after I returned to Canada. And Shane continued to support us through and after closing. We are now the thrilled owners of the perfect apartment in Dublin. Eldron is an industry disruptor and Shane is a savvy entrepreneur who’s focus is fully on his clients - that’s grand!

I was wearing out the leather in my shoes from viewing different apartments and speaking with different agents also I kept losing in the bidding process.

When I decided to move from Singapore to Dublin with my young family, having never really been to Dublin before the prospect of buying a house was a daunting one!

After a month or so of making little progress, we were recommended to reach out to Shane and I am very glad we did! Even before we arrived, Shane got us thinking about what we wanted, but also started to manage our expectations in what is a very competitive market.

Once we arrived in Dublin we needed to move quickly and once again, without Shane this would not have been possible. Shane quickly showed us around Dublin and educated us further on the market, but he also made sure we weren't wasting time getting lost in the search.

We arrived in Dublin at the beginning of March and we were delighted to move into our house on the 1st June....much quicker than we thought possible!
