Absolutely brilliant 🤩 the nursing staff were excellent, my surgeon Lopa Patel was brilliant and the hospital itself was immaculate. Would definitely recommend and go back !

I made the decision to go with Transform after speaking with both Stacey and Juliet who were so helpful and informative and made the booking process incredibly easy. I chose Burcot Hall and met Mr Cheema beforehand who answered all my questions and advised me on my procedure. On the day the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and made me feel at ease. They answered any questions and I just couldn’t fault the service. Amazing service with amazing staff. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Please read this review before booking any health care at this hospital.
I paid privately to have my gallbladder removed due to the long NHS waiting lists, however I had a shocking experience starting with my arrival when I had to wait for over an hour as the receptionist, who was on her mobile phone forgot to tell the nurse I had arrived and was waiting, the nurse told me she was sat waiting for me and had nothing further to do.
When we were shown to our room, I was told by the rudest nurse that I was not able to stay the night after my operation and had to go home. My operation was planned for 4pm and I have a 3.5 hr journey home but due to the lack of nurse cover I was told if I did not go home I could not have the operation. We questioned this with the surgeon and he confirmed I should stay and would sort out with the nurses, they proceeded to have words and I was then told by the surgeon that I could stay however, the nursing staff were not happy as they had to arrange and pay for "bank staff", this I felt impacted on their attitude towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Whilst in the operating theatre, the anaesthetist proceeded to put a canular in my left hand causing me excruciating pain, I since found out that the anaesthetic went into my skin hence the pain and subsequently woke up with a cannular in my right hand as well as my left with the most awful bruises.
When I came round all I could hear were all the nursing staff singing songs and laughing and joking in the background.
I was the only patient in the hospital staying over night and the "bank staff" checked on me until about 2am, at 6am I was woken with full lights in my room asking me when my husband was coming to pick me up? How did I know, I was not going to call him that early to come and get me.
The nurse said I would need to call him and get him to get by 8:30, I confirmed I would call him at 8am but this pressure made me feel very. very uncomfortable.
I was given breakfast which consisted of cold toast although they did make me more, being the only patient how difficult could this be?
I was given medication in a carrier bag with no instructions and when I asked for another pair of stockings was told you can wash the ones you have.
I could not wait to get out of there, my husband arrived at 8:45 and we left for the long journey home without a wish you well or goodbye. The receptionist did not look up from her phone as we left the building.
Overall, my experience was shocking, uncaring and lacked any empathy towards my wellbeing and I am in the process of instigating a formal complaint.

CHRIS MARKEY who never responds to emails once you give him your deposit your not going get it back even though it was him who cancelled my operation many times
I travelled to the bromsgrove hospital where the staff were nice but I've been caused stress because CHRIS MARKEY made me travel all the way up from Sheffield and I stayed in a hotel for 2 nights but unfortunately the surgeon dr Robinson cancelled my operation 3 times in total. now CHRIS MARKEY will not respond to any of my emails and is trying to keep hold of my deposit of 1000 pounds... playing petty games
so be very careful

I would rather give it to a charity
than to someone like him
who tries to swindle me
out of pocket
this guy plays petty little games
and keeps the deposit and pushes
for the full payment

heartbreaking I borrowed cash for my operation. its been a very stressful experience. I'm hurt because I trusted him after being reluctant to send a deposit to someone I have never met and only spoken to in emails.

Brilliant I’m still currently in room I have been discharged but I had to right a review before I left this place has been brilliant my surgery went smooth and the staff are so lovely I don’t think I could be happier
Well here I sit having taken the plunge and gone with a different surgeon/company.
Electiva/Transform or what ever they call themselves are horrific, the only time they have any customer service is when you are paying. They aren’t interested in fixing their mistakes or taking any responsibility for their actions.
I have been trying to get my issues sorted with them for I don’t know how long and it has been an up up hill struggle from the start.
Lie upon lie, bad attitudes and s**ty comments are just a small portion of what I have had to deal with from this company. Supposedly “Transform” changed hands and I’m guessing now call themselves “Electiva” how ever a change of name has not changed there none existent after care.
I could go on and on but I’ve wasted enough time with this pathetic company.
Ladies and Gents please please stay away, do your research and read read reviews.
I can’t despise this company enough. They don’t care they arnt interested once your money is handed over their attitude changes completely. Not what you expect over such a large sum of money and more importantly the trust you put in a company to deliver with the promises you’ve been given with regards to your body!!!!
Again please go elsewhere choose another company to put your trust and hard earned money into.

Recently had Surgery at burcot hall and I can’t fault them, amazing! A massive shout out to Gurdel Singh who took me to and from. He made me feel at ease as soo as I got in the car, had some lovely chats and sent me a holiday destination which I’m going to take my children on next year. Thankyou so much!

I had breast implant removal and capsulectomy with Mr Vik Vijh amazing surgeon made me feel at ease and completely confident I had chosen the right surgeon. I'm 4 days post breast lift surgery, and just wanted to say a massive heartfelt thank you to Dr Cheema, and all the team at Burcott Hall.
From the friendly staff on reception when I first arrived, to the HCA's, the nurses and the lovely ladies that brought my food, to the anaesthetist and recovery staff/ and the main man himself Dr Cheema.
I was made to feel at ease and comfortable, throughout my whole stay. I will 100% recommend you and your fab services to anyone that asks 😀

I am Customer from Coventry .They were great from the start and kept it up till your stay was over, friendly knowledgeable staff eager to make you their priority, lovely location, superb facilities and very professional . I had a gallbladder removal and it was explained as procedures prior to commencing. Brilliant , and at a very competitive price to other clinics
