I am still waiting for corrective surgery, this case has been ongoing for several years, after seeking legal advice THG agreed to me having corrective surgery (the reason why is another nightmare story). My point of contact has changed many times, completely vanishing last year and then to be told Transform who have merged have no obligation.
I have been to London probably 10 times, to see the surgeon, which is an entire day out for me, several appointments I arrived to be told the surgeon was too busy to see me.
My experience of THG is unprofessional, non existent after care, lies, incompetence and neglect.

Where do I go now? As I unable to communicate with anyone with regards to this.

My care from day 1 was handled by Jodie Rogers who was absolutely amazing! She was there throughout the whole process and kept my mind at ease the whole time. Ensuring everything ran smoothly right down to arranging transport with my driver Shirley who was also amazing. My surgery was with Mr Sharples who was great throughout. I can't thank them enough for making a difficult time such a smooth and easy process and can assure you If you use this company your experience will be wonderful.

Just want to say a massive Thank you to Jodie Rogers and at the Hospital group who have made my experience of Pre Op and recovery care easy and stress free. The staff at Burcot Hall all looked after me very well, and the surgery and recovery all went well.
Jodie was always quick in responding to questions and would put you at ease. Couldn't ask for anyone better Thank you Jodie.

Im still recovering but so far so good! Chris Markey has been great at organising my care down to the drivers who were lovely. My surgeon Mr Kanagaraj Marimuthu was exceptional and really everyone at Pines Hospital put me at ease. I can't fault my experience it's what you want when your spending alot of money on something so important after all. Thank you to all.

Fantastic experience from start to finish having weight loss surgery. My main correspondence before surgery was with a fantastic lady called Jodie who answered all my questions and concerns straight away. Thanks Jodie and hospital group.

Jodie was great throughout. The staff at the hospital was amazing, however. The aftercare is none existent. I called asking for some anti sickness tablets and the lady at the reception said she’ll call me back. 6 weeks later I’m still waiting this phone call. I was bed bound for over a week. I’ve had only one phone call from a dietician and she couldn’t assist me with any of my concerns. I’m a little dissatisfied and disappointed after spending almost 4K.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I had bilateral hernia surgery and Chris Markey talked me through the procedure and explained the process. Chris kept in contact with me throughout arranging everything and making sure it all went smoothly. Everyone in the Burcot Hall Hospital was brilliant and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing experience I had! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience from start to finish, from my first enquiry with Lisa Harrison the information was all there and spot on. All appointments was booked in a smooth and timely manner, from talking to my surgeon who was amazing and so helpful. Then speaking my nutritionist to start my pre op diet she had all the information and answered all my questions.
My experience was amazing and it thanks to the professional team that looked after my procedure.

Amazing staff and experience as always! My nurse Claire is an absolute angel and Cheryl/Angela. faultless from the booking of my revision surgery right up to leaving the hospital this afternoon. Mr Bhatty was his usual brilliant self.
All the staff at this hospital work so hard… ward, theatre, offices, clinic etc and deserve the recognition for the fantastic work they do!

My wife and I were picked up this morning by Gurdel Singh, very personable and friendly driver who made the journey effortless. Very good first impression and he represents The Hospital Group well.

Anyone looking for a chauffeur for anything you need Gurdel is the best and definitely book wouldnt ever use anyone else and won’t be for any future services.

I am very impressed by Sally, who has been very patient and informative throughout my whole journey, from queries about the procedure of gastric band to arranging my consultation with the surgeon and then booking appointments for pre and post operative appointments. She discussed gastric band versus gastric balloon. She kindly enquired why i wanted this procedure and didnt make me feel embarassed or ashamed. She put me at ease. She has such a fantastic comunication manner, that from the 1st time you speak to her, you will have complete confidence in her words and advice. She has been wonderful in advising me on where to stay, she has provided me with details of the hospital and what to expect. It was because of sally’s confidence in her surgeon that i had no doubts that i had chosen the correct facility and surgeon. Sally has gone to great lengths to make sure that i am fully happy with my upcoming procedure. She is amazing, for someone whom i have never met, she made me feel as though i was already under her care. She helped arrange everything and i cannot thank her enough. Please know you have an absolutely amazing star in your employ. Thank you Sally

Sally Price was the surgeon assistant who called me to explain surgery options and finance.

She was friendly and kind and made me feel for comfortable with general anaesthesia which has terrified me for my entire life.

I am very happy with the care she took to explain everything to me and if a person could be given 5 stars she should have them all ☺️

I was looking at gastric band surgery I did not want to travel abroad I wanted to feel safe in the hands of a reputable surgeon .
I first enquired and dealt with a wonderful advisor called Jodie a Rogers and this lady was amazing never rushed answered all my questions and more like a friend I have to say she went above and beyond to help me .
My surgery went ahead on the 22 March 2023 and although still a little sore I’m doing amazing ,
I also have to mention that once your surgery is done don’t think your just left the hospital call check in on you and Jodie is still there for any aftercare questions.
My experience as been nothing but positive and I’d highly recommend
