Unfortunately a very bad experiance/service. Made an order. Waited. Got a reply 5 working days later saying one of the items ordered was out of stock.

Update your online items in stock.

Was interested in this company because they have solar pannels at great prices. Tested the waters ordering a few second fix accessories and a Blumberg 5 inch fan grille cover. This was the item listed in stock that was not in stock. I was looking for another supplier mainly for solar pannels and glad I did not make a big order for any of the remaining plots I wanted pannels for. Will carry on using Segen, more expensive but I suppose the product is just one part of buying wholesale products. Service is the other. Sometimes you need a product, you need to know when its going to arrive and a prompt reply/communication if its not.

Sam is always helpful, polite and generally keeps the orders prepared for prompt collection .

Ordered item on 16/12/25 & paid just under £10 delivery, it's now 10/01/26 & item still not received. No Comms, not happy!!

Good prices - prompt despatch - few delivery issues caused by christmas, and I suspect temporary drivers.

Overall a great experience the customer service is via email but was always responded to promptly.

Will use them again.

First time customer, item I wanted was listed as in stock and available for next day delivery. Received an email late on the day of delivery saying it's not in stock, there's none coming or on order and they 'aren't able' to order anymore - not believable. Ended up getting a refund, what a waste of time. You should never list products you don't have in stock or at least on its way from a supplier. Website was either very of date, which is unforgivable, or they deliberately list these things to try and get you to change your order order to an overpriced alternative while they have your money, or just to generate more traffic, both of which are despicable. Safe to say I won't be using them again.

Not the best transaction experience.
Order 2 led security lights which were in stock according to the website. Paid £9.95 for 2 to3 day delivery. Received an email from them saying the order was being shipped with tracking details etc.
After 5 days didn’t receive any order, so had to send a n email asking for an answer as to where my order was. Received an email saying had been a problem with warehouse and I should received order on Monday (after the weekend). Yes it turned up on Monday but there was only 1 security light in the box and the delivery note had been changed to show this. Sent another email explaining the problem but got NO REPLY BACK. Checked back on their website and funnily enough I couldn’t find any trace of the security light i had ordered???? Well the next day a parcel turned up from them with another security light inside but it was different to what I ordered luckily it didn’t matter this time as 1 of the lights I ordered was replacing an existing broken one and the other was going in a different place so it was ok that they were different.
To be fair everything worked out in the end, all be it taking nearly 2 weeks to resolve, but a little sceptical if I will use them again.
