Thank you. I ordered a replacement thermostat that arrived promptly but only to find from our engineer that it wasn’t compatible with our system. Online electrical were happy to accept return of it and refunded the money promptly. All dealt with. great.

I had a problem with my continually…
I had a problem with my continually running low energy extractor fan. Returned it without a problem, they sent me an exchange by return of post. They went above and beyond to help me out. I received a refund almost immediately. They are a very good firm to deal with

The WiFi dongle was very old based on…
The WiFi dongle was very old based on the serial number and therefore, the firmware was outdated and didn't work as expected.
On the upside, they did provide a full refund.

Perfect experience.
Easy to use website made it quick to find the desired products needed for my order. Filters allowed me to only view items in the colour I needed. Checkout was fast and delivery (free for my order) arrived the within a couple of days. Price was so much cheaper than anywhere else selling these products online. Amazing all round service.
