I ordered vapes on 7-9-22 and it is now 7-19-22 and still don't have an update on shipping. Terrible. And how do you get in touch with them? I tried to send an email to CS through site and it wouldn't let me click on submit.

Hi Karen, it looks as though your purchase was marked as delivered on the 20th. We are accepting all inquiries via email or via the HelpDesk on the website.
We have transitioned to having all of our packages delivered via one carrier our previous one is no longer operable. It is going to take them a little bit of time to get acclimated to our bandwidth and needs; however, we can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to rectify these tracking delays.

It looks as though our email went out to you on Thursday, June 23 2022 at 4:55 PM detailing our JUUL selection. Without a response from you, the ticket was closed and a resolved email was sent out.
Great company, lousy shipping.
Electric Tobacconist has been a great company to deal with. However, due to the Governments overreach again, shipping is terrible. I wish Electric Tobacconist could find a better shipper.
