George, in our response to the email you sent in, we provided a return label for you to return the merchandise. Additionally, this order has already been paid for, so upon the return of the items, we will be able to issue a refund to the original payment method.

I had a very quick response

I had a very quick response. Might not be happy with the delivery time but love the people there with whom I connect. I will be in Estes Park before my order gets to my Houston location. I would always be happy to come to Boulder to buy the product or pick it up but have been informed that is not allowed. Thanks for having such nice people for us to communicate problems. It’s not the first time.

You offered me a $10 rebate if I take a photo of my receipt and send it to you which I did and you approved it which was from a local merchant. To be paid to a PayPal or Venmo account. You are liars. You tell me that I will not get the $10….🤬🤬🤬

Hi Genet, I can confirm that we do not offer rebates of this manner in any situation. Additionally, as we are only an online retailer of vaping products, we do not have any direct communication with any local merchants. It is possible that what you refer to is from a manufacturer, in which case, we would recommend reaching out to them for further information.

I think it’s sucks in order to get a vape pen that was sent to you that doesn’t work replaced you have to spend another minimum $50.

Shipping a replacement was never offered as a option and since my review my re-order is now delayed???

Hi Schamae, looking at your interactions with the team, it seems as though store credit was offered for your disposable. While we do not cover the shipping cost of orders placed with ewallet credit, had you wanted this disposable reshipped to you at no cost, we would have done so upon request. I have followed up with you via email to rectify this situation.

Still same issue can’t place order.

Still same issue can’t place order.. age verification and I filled everything out right.
It’s over a $250. Order someone needs to just call me and place my order.

Your account is fully verified and you are able to place an order at your leisure. You currently have two accounts under your name, as customers are only allowed one verified account per user, one is not active. We have contacted you on both emails detailing which is unlocked. Customer Service saves the day!

Good evening:

I have always been very happy with your service. I was very unhappy when you could no longer ship to my area, so I was thrilled when I got your email that you could now ship to me. I was so excited I was not careful reviewing my order. When you confirmation came I realized the order was for menthol instead of tobacco flavor. I quickly filled out a help form on your website but it would not allow me to submit. So I sent an email to customer service. It took almost no time for your customer service to get back to me. You can’t imagine how thrilled I was to read that they had corrected the problem and would be shipping my order in the morning so watch for the shipping email.

I have rarely had to contact you, but anytime I had a question or needed help your response was always quick and your solution perfect. Your people are polite, pleasant and professional you can almost feel their smile in the emails. I am over the moon happy and completely satisfied with ET! Thank you for being so dependable and providing great products for us.
