First, when I was asked if they could arrive 2-3pm I said no, that was too late, so we agreed theyd arrive 1-2pm. ~2.20pm I reached out asking where cleaners were and was told they were stuck in traffic. Cleaners arrived after 2.30pm and left around 4pm, they were booked for 3 hours.

Cleaners didnt complete agreed job and rushed the parts they did. Left dirty dishes next to kitchen sink, didnt clean laundry tub at all, didnt move things for dusting so when I pulled everything out, there was dust everywhere. Didnt take rubbish out, Im recovering from injury, this is the last thing I need, to have to clean up after cleaners. Plus their decluttering isnt decluttering at all.

Poor. Minus 1 star minimum. Cleaner did not clean adequately and disputed this when shown the evidence first hand, cleaner was on her mobile multiple times and went to leave earlier than the duration of the service. The cleaner took photos in my home without consent - followed by lying about photos being in T&C's - confirmed with MM photos are in the cleaners contract - not customers. Cleaner was rude and argued with me repeatedly to ring MM about photos before she had completed the job. Lodged complaint with MM who still took full payment and provided false feedback - including that I declined allowing the cleaner to take photos

I would give zero or minus 5 stars, if I could. I just saw the previous review by a previous reviewer, FitzO - that's exactly my TRUE experience! I had a bad feeling when I opened the door to two characters who indeed turned out to most likely have never cleaned professionally before. They 'completed' a deep clean of a 3 bed, 2 bath in under two hours. Nothing, I mean, NOTHING, was clean. Not even the toilet or sink. Un-be-liev-able! Also: Miracle Maid later claimed that they had performed a walk-through and that I had indicated that I was happy with their work. Not true. In fact, the two left in a rush, leaving behind half of their equipment and debris and dirt everywhere. Oh, you should have seen the filthy rags! And the company knows: I hadn't even had the time to complain, when they touted their 'satisfaction guarantee'. Yeah, right. I would never let them into my house again. I hired another company who did a terrific job. Warning: If you feel you want to give them a try, do NOT give them your credit card beforehand. They put the full amount on hold with your bank several days BEFORE the cleaning date and there's no way you get it back. I tried to get the bank to reverse / cancel the transaction and even cancelled my card. But because MM had put the money on hold in advance, there was nothing I could do. This is on record with the bank. MM refused a refund and claimed they did a stellar job - in the face of dozens of clear photos showing the sorry state of my home post-'cleaning'. MM offered their 'satisfaction guarantee', i.e. they prescribed two one-hour slots (on a Sunday and in the middle of a working day) where they would send another team to rectify. But after that initial experience, I did not want them back, especially not unsupervised. I hired another company who did a terrific job cleaning my home.

I had a poor experience with Miracle Maid. The cleaners who attended were not professional and appeared to rush through the job, completing a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in just 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even after I provided photos to the company headquarters to highlight the issues, the standard of cleaning did not reflect what I expected for the service I paid for.

While I was offered a re-clean, first impressions matter, and unfortunately the experience fell well below par for any company in this industry.

I am absolutely appalled by the service from Miracle Maid Cleaners. I paid $1,215 for a deep clean, expecting a professional job, but what I got was a disaster. The house is still filthy, and it looks like they barely touched it. The kitchen is disgusting, dirt marks on cupboard doors, the oven top covered in grease, it was not cleaned. Also Dust, grime, and dirt are everywhere—exactly what I hired them to remove!

I wish i could add photo evidence to this review to show just how bad the so-called "cleaning" was. This was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

They will respond to this review with a generic response, dont be fooled by their response, Miracle Maid cleaners do not care about the job they do.

I lost $1,215 paying these cleaners, do not make the same mistake i did. Better cleaners out there, find them if you want a good clean.

I had booked a time but needed to change it at the last moment, Miracle Maid were fantastic and made the changes quickly.
Our cleaner is thorough, friendly, and respectful. She works around the fact that a couple of us work from home. In particular, she does a great job on our bathrooms and the kitchen.

Miracle Maid Cleaning Services was very efficient in communication. The young man who did our cleaning was very polite, suitably dressed and was very thorough with the cleaning. He brought all his own equipment and products. He checked that were satisfied with the job before he left.

David and Jonathan were excellent. They were quiet and efficient. They worked so hard and the house looks fabulous. Thank you!
