Kann man machen.. geht aber auch unkomplizierter
Zuerst bekam ich die Bestellbestätigung von Eleonto und eine Rechnung von ATS Trading, jedoch keine Versandbestätigung. Diese hätte UPS wohl vergessen. Nachdem ich fast eine Woche später das Paket, welches wohl 3 Tage nach Bestellung schon ankam, noch rechtzeitig in einem Kiosk abholte, war das Elektrogerät leider defekt (Montagsprodukt vom Hersteller, kommt wirklich schonmal vor). Nachdem ich es zurücksendete sei dann das Geld wohl per Klarna zurückerstattet worden. Aber erst eine Woche später und einen Tag nachdem ich mehrfach mit Eleonto schrieb war es plötzlich da (von einem nicht zu entschlüsselndem Konto). Unterm Strich hat alles geklappt, jedoch scheinen sich hier alle stark zu verzetteln. Manche Antworten Anfangs waren sehr "Kumpelhaft" und per Du geschrieben, die letzten dann stocksteif per Sie.
Man kann hier kaufen, keine Frage, woanders aber definitiv einfacher

Geen bevestingsmail toch binnen gekregen
Een tech21 hoesje besteld op 1-Jan vervolgens geen bevestiging mail gehad. Was een beetje bang dat ik het niet zou krijgen maar net (6-Jan) in de bus gekregen super!!

Schneller Versand. Dennoch wollte die Mitarbeiterin vom eleonto Kundenservice nicht kooperieren/helfen/unterstützen, obwohl mein Paket geöffnet und das stoffummantelte Stromkabel mit einer billigen Gummischnur getauscht wurde. Die Antwort auf meine Frage, wie sowas passieren kann, wurde natürlich nicht gegeben. Ich habe Ware im Wert von über 200€ dort gekauft und das ist der Dank dafür.
Anscheinend legt dieser Onlineshop nicht besonders großen Wert auf Kundenservice und Ehrlichkeit ggü dem Kunden bzw haben falsche Mitarbeiter für den Kundenservice (schade, dass ich keine Screenshots hochladen kann).
Es mag vielleicht nur eine Kleinigkeit sein, aber ich fühle mich betrogen (weil es Betrug ist!!!) und werde nie mehr dort bestellen.
