I got the sunflower boots as a gift from my father for christmas. First they took a very long time making it to his house, which was expected because I assumed they were good quality and needed time to be put together and shipped properly. Well I got my shoes yesterday and I have not worn them. Two of the shoelace pieces at the top of one shoe have fallen off. I HAVE NOT WORN THEM ONCE. I was looking so forward to these shoes and I asked for these for christmas for such a long time and when I received them I got this disappointment. Sorry for the irritation but these were EXPENSIVE and I didnt get to wear them once. My family already struggles with money and for this to happen is just heartbreaking. One chance, poof. Gone

Got a pair of boots that looks NOTHING like they were advertised. Not even the size was correct. This site is a HUGE RIP OFF .

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews but I felt like I owed this to them! I ordered a pair of their all season boots with the sun and moon. I simply loved them. They look like work boots and feel the same way. The design is truly unique. In terms of sizing the runantiny bit on the larger size. If you are not sure order half a size down! Shipping takes a while as they state on their checkout page. I bugged their customer service with a bunch of questions and they were always responsibe and caring! Will be trying other products in the future.

You honestly can't go wrong with these guys! I received my all season sun and moon boots yesterday and I'm thrilled with them. Wore them to walk my 4 dogs and 2 neighbors stopped me to ask where I got them. Their customer service people were lovely and very attentive to my concerns. Sizing is pretty accurate in my opinion. Expect to receive package in 3 weeks approx. The material is quite sturdy and the boots feel quite confortable to walk around with. Honestly they look and feel just like my hiking boots. Hope this info helps!

Ordered the Mandela Elephant seat covers. They first sloppy, look cheap and slide all over if you are putting over leather seats.
Got response from company, bit now need to drive an hour and a half to put seat covers back and take picture.
I hope they are donating a huge chunk of the purchase 79.95 to the Elephant charity because the products are terribly cheap looking.

I have purchased 2 items from this store. One of their regular boots and one of their all season boots. Both are great but the all season style is clearly the winner here! They cost like 6 bucks more and they truly feel like a high quality working boot. I use them to work every day and the print does not fade at all. The memory foam is superb and the overall fit is very snug.in my opinion these people took it to another level with that new boot style. I'm now off to purchase their blankets! Expect around 3 weeks to receive the products

I cant vouch for their footwear since I havent bought it, but I did buy one of their blankets and one of their rugs!

Blanket: took 2 weeks to arrive, the print is extremely colorful and the material is quite soft. Perfect for Chicago cold winters.

Rugs: took 3 weeks to arrive, everyone that visits my apartament loves my elephant rug!

Overall I am very happy with this company and I am glad that my purchase serves a greater Good!

Ordering shoes online has always been a challenge for me.

I decided to go for it and ordered their all season boots.

I also have their regular ones but I must say these new ones beat the other ones in every way!

They truly look and feel just like timberland work boots! They are very sturdy and are a very high quality product all around.

Sizing is on point as they finally have half sizes!

Delivery takes a couple of weeks bu lt they are very much worth it!

Will be buying 2 more pairs for the fall season.

I am very grateful for their customer service staff which helped me order! I am a senior citizen and sometimes experience difficulties ordering online.

Their staff was very helpful to me the entire time. The elephant shoes I received are just lovely! The quality is exceptional and the print is very vibrant. Don't have any complaints about this company.

My order also included a saddle bag which is amazing. My friends all wanted to know where I got mine from. I always make sure to refer them to the site.

My feet are quite wide and I still did not have problems with sizing. I was also told size replacements are always offered to customers. I will try ordering a blanket for my next purchase!

After waiting almost a month for my order, and having to pay an extra customs charge, my order was delivered to the complete wrong address. I'm so disappointed with the whole experience.
I've requested a full refund.

**updated** after emailing the company, they gave me a $25 refund, which is around £20.50 in my money and told me they gave me the wrong tracking number! After getting the correct tracking I found my shoes had been in my local depo ready to pick up but only if I paid the customs charge. So I had to pay another £12.78 in customs fee! So I could get my shoes finally.
Ergo, I paid for someone else’s customs fee the first time, so I’m out of pocket nearly £30.
I won’t be shopping here again.

Overall great experience, I ordered a pair of size 6 sneakers which were just a tiny bit to large.I contacted their staff and told them about the issue. Without bothering me with anything they just sent me another pair of size 5 shoes! I asked where I should send the original pair and they actually let me keep it. I now have 2 pairs of shoes for the price of one. I will definitely keep ordering now that I know my true size!

I ordered a pair of boots which I never received. After emailing to ask what happened, they said they would put my order in again. Again, nothing. I could track them and they never left China (if I had looked more into this company to find out where these were coming from I would have never bought them). After emailing again multiple times for a refund, I was told they would replace them and look into it even though I didn't want a replacement. And they didn't get back to me. I would be happy if they just gave me my refund.

I took a leap of faith and bought two pairs of sneakers. They have now become my favorite pieces of footwear in my wardrobe! At first they felt a bit large so i contacted their support team. They sent me 2 new pairs of a smaller size and let me keep the old ones. Thia ia the first time this has happened as companies usually make you return the itema first. Im in love with this company!

This was my very first time ordering shoes online as I usually like to try them on. I am very impressed with the quality of the boots I received. I love horses so I bought 2 different designs. I wear them to work every day and have received tons of compliments! Their customer service staff was very responsive and friendly answering my questions. I have somewhat wide feet but I ordered my usual size 8 which was a great fit. The design looks quite vibrant and looks a lot like the pictures they have online. Will buy again!

I ordered seat covers for $75.00 and I never got them. I have tried to contact the company and no response. Such a crooked deal!

This was my first time ordering footwear online, i usually prefer to wear the shoes before ordering nevertheless I decided to give it a go and boy i am glad i did. The size US8 fit great, weather is getting warmer in Dallas but they are not overly warm, just wear them with thin socks in summer. The design is just lovely! Customer service rep is very friendly.

Getting shoes online is usually a hassle. To my surprise the size us8 shoes I got were a perfect fit! I have somewhat wide feet and they still fit like a glove. I got the Unicorn boots, I use them to walk my dogs, one of my neighbors actually asked me where I got them lol. Their customer service is very friendly and attentive. Love that they donate to save the elephants as well! After I get paid again I will try new stuff and let everyone know how it goes.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would! I have tried to contact them over and over again because I need my shoes returned for another size and can't get ahold of anyone. No one returns my emails and there isn't even a phone number for customer service! Soooooo Extremely Unhappy!!!!

I never order shoes only because of my wide feet but I am glad I did this time! They fit perfectly. I usually order a size 9 and just went with it. This is my fourth month wearing them so I figured I'd leave a review. The design still looks as good as new and they are feet comfy. This was an internationally purchase but I did not have problems with customs in my country. They staff is very friendly as well. I wanted th upload a picture of the boots but don't see where.

DO NOT BUY THEM! The boots look very cheap (10x worse than in the pictures) and smell very chemically ( seemed the boots were made at some backyard factory) and I have a feeling they wouldn't last long. Bought a pair, tried them on and never wore them as they looked so bad. I'll donate the boots to the charity shop.
Waste of money, plus I had to pay a custom fee that wasn't mentioned on the web when I was making my purchase.
My purchase was shipped from China. I should've used "wish" and donated directly to the charity in order to support elephants.
Customer service was ok, my emails were answered.
Hope someone finds this helpful as I was fooled with the good reviews :(
