0 stars-they are %100 a scam. They drop-ship and lie about return policies and even the materials their products are made of. Took forever to ship and they will give you the run around if you ask to return a faulty item. They don’t take returns and I only got a refund because I disputed it with my credit card company and emailed them 17 fricking times.

Don't deliver what is promised and paid for

Ordered a jacket and 4 months later don't have it. This desp;ite repeated emails from "Anna Holder" in customer service apologizing, but unable to do anything about it because she had to speak to her manager. This company is a total fraud. One lie after another. If you want a better experience, just take your money and flush it down the toilet.

DO not shop here

DO not shop here! It is a total scam. The sweater i ordered for my daughter was advertised as 100% cashmere and would arrive for the holiday. It was two weeks late, and was 100% synthetic - not a shred of cashmere and no label. I went through 5 emails for a refund, and the only offer was for ME to ship back at $60 rate (the sweater was $70 on sale) or 15% off. This is a SCAM business! Buyer beware!

This company is trash

This company is trash, don't ever purchase anything from them, I purchase something and wanted to return it and was told I had to explain why before they would give return address, and they never did send return address.

Return Policies are Lies

I want to return an item and I am told i am not eligible to get a pre-paid postage label but they won't tell me why. They say it would cost me $40-50 to return it to China but the item was in a package sent from the US and with shipping of 3.99. All return info shows free return within the 30 days of delivery. Says nothing about me paying anything. Says all free.

Beware of scam when trying to return product

I want to return an item and I am told i am not eligible to get a pre-paid postage label but they won't tell me why. They say it would cost me $40-50 to return it to china but the item was in a package sent from the US and the item was $49.99. They offer discounts if I keep it which I don't want as the hat is too big and I don't like the color. I purchased another hat and scarf at the same time. The hats are not the same size. There is nothing in their on-line return policy that indicates I should have to pay for a return. They say they are all about customer experience and I say they experience i am having is bad.

The sweater I ordered was cashmere

The sweater I ordered was cashmere, but they send me a cotton sweater with a cut out garment label…!
It took forever to receive it, then to send back to China would cost me $150.
I really got screwed in every way by these people and their deceptive business practices!
NEVER again!!!!

Not on time, was double 5-8 days listed on site.
Poorly described
So dis-satisfied, I’d rather walk away than deal with trying to return to China.
No, did not know shipment would originate off shore.

Buyer be Aware/A Disappointing Experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Elevnago warrants a clear warning to other potential customers.
The Issue
I placed an order with Elevnago and never received the merchandise. Despite the carrier marking the package as delivered, the facts are indisputable:
• The SDS carrier failed to provide a USPS tracking number upon entry into the United States, which is standard for international shipments.
• My local mail service confirmed all deliveries to my address, and this shipment was not among them.
• Attached documentation shows all mail received on 12/6, proving the package was never delivered.
Customer Service Response
After reaching out, I received a generic apology and an explanation that the tracking system was “confusing” and that Elevnago’s ability to assist was “limited.” This response is unacceptable for a company that claims to value its customers.
• No concrete solution was offered.
• No refund was processed despite multiple follow-ups.
• Communication stopped after my second email.
Escalation
Due to Elevnago’s failure to resolve the issue:
• I filed a claim with my credit card issuer.
• I submitted a formal complaint to the FTC.
• I will share this experience publicly to warn others.
Why This Matters
When a company cannot ensure proper delivery or provide accountability, it erodes trust. Elevnago’s handling of this situation demonstrates poor customer service and lack of responsibility. A legitimate business should prioritize resolving such issues promptly, not leave customers without recourse.
Bottom Line:
I strongly advise against ordering from Elevnago until they demonstrate a commitment to reliable delivery and responsive customer support. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and costly.

Horrible. The order is still in China and I've been mislead for many weeks that it is "on the way". Do not order from this company!

SCAM

SCAM! Ordered a suede jacket. When it didn't come, I emailed and they said it was out of stock and offered me a cordoroy shirt instead. When I looked, they are still selling the out of stock shirt. They won't answer why it is still for sale or why my order went through if they didn't have the product they were selling. Then I found the exact same jacket, same model and pics on another clothing website.

Total scam

Total scam. “Men’s cashmere sweater” was a polyester knit. Did not “ship in 24 hours” it shipped in 420 hours…(20 days) From China!! And was a ladies sweater with zipper on left side of item. Ordered xxl to be safe it would be comfortable but only person it fir was a small young woman. Return/refund policy is printed to lure you into a purchase but once contacted they only offered 15% refund WTF!! OR I pay for return to f#*&ing China..total scam artists. Website said “free returns with approved shipping label for full refund” Total BS
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ELEVANOGO
YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

Good cuuservice

I ordered a red blouse for the holidays. Unfortunately it was out of stock by the time for shipping. The company refunded my payment with a nice note from customer service. I would give 5 stars but it was out of stock

They don't market themselfs as a…

They don't market themselfs as a golfing company, but having just got into golf almost everyone wears those nice plain polos like the have for sale. I got one in every color. The Heritage navy color looked a bit brighter in person, but I don't mind it really, overall good experience.
